شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش مهارتی در دانشکده علوم و فنون مرزبانی

آموزش‌های مهارتی یکی از ابعاد مهم توسعه پایدار به‌ویژه در توانمندسازی سرمایه انسانی است. ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش مهارتی در دانشکده علوم و فنون مرزبانی می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت داده‌ها و شیوه اجرا، از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی از نوع تحلیل مضمون است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بوده است. جامعه آماری 18 نفر از خبرگان و اساتید مرزبانی به‌شرط اشباع نظری و به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بوده است. تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزار مکس کیودا نسخه 2020 انجام گرفته است. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها که در سه مرحله (مرحله باز، مرحله محوری و مرحله انتخابی یا گزینشی) کدگذاری شده است، نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش مهارتی دارای 159 مفهوم پایه، 10 مفهوم سازمان دهنده و 4 مفهوم فراگیر شامل فراده و فراگیر، برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت، منابع آموزشی و ویژگی‌های آموزش می‌باشد. نتایچ پژوهش نشان داد که محور اساسی و بنیادی آموزش مهارت محور در همه مفاهیم شناسایی‌شده محرز بود، یادگیری عملیاتی بود. شناسایی و اجرای درست عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش مهارتی در رشته مرزی، منجر به بهبود و افزایش سطح مهارت‌آموزی دانشجویان می‌گردد و فارغ‌التحصیلان در انجام وظایف و ماموریت‌هایی که پس از حضور در یگان‌های مرزبانی به آنان واگذار می‌گردد از کارایی و عملکرد بالایی برخوردار خواهند شد.

identifying the factors affecting the quality of skill-based training in the faculty of border guard sciences and techniques

skill-based training is one of the important dimensions of sustainable development, especially in human capital empowerment. therefore, the aim of the research is to identify the factors affecting the quality of skill-based training in the faculty of border. in terms of its objectives the present study is of an applied research type and in terms of the nature of the data and the methodology, it is considered as a qualitative research and thematic analysis type. the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. the statistical population consisted of 18 border guard experts and professors who were selected using purposeful sampling method under the condition of theoretical saturation. data analysis was done using the maxqda-2020 software. the findings from the analysis of the interviews, which were coded in three stages (open stage, axial stage and selective stage), showed that the factors affecting the quality of skill-based training have 159 basic concepts, 10 organizing concepts and 4 comprehensive concepts, including teacher and student, planning and management, educational resources, were the characteristics of education. the results of the research show that the basic and fundamental axis of skill-oriented education that was evident in all identified concepts was operational learning. the correct identification and implementation of the factors affecting the quality of skill-based training in the border field leads to the improvement and increase of the students’ skill level, and the graduates will enjoy high efficiency and performance in performing the tasks and missions assigned to them after being assigned in the border guard units.
