بررسی سناریوهای زیست‌پذیری شهری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی (مطالعه موردی: شهر مرزی مهاباد)

هدف این پژوهش تبیین آینده‌های احتمالی زیست‌پذیری در شهر مرزی مهاباد است. پژوهش حاضر بر حسب هدف کاربردی، از حیث روش پیمایشی در سطح اکتشافی و مبتنی بر رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی صورت گرفته است. با توجه به ماهیت این تحقیق، نخست با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی افتراقی تعداد 24 نفر از متخصصان و مسئولان اجرایی سازمان‌های دولتی مرتبط با امور زیست‌محیطی که بایستی در بحث مشارکت داشته باشند را شناسایی و انتخاب نموده و سپس از روش دلفی و مطالعات اسنادی برای تعیین عوامل اولیه اثرگذار استفاده گردید. همچنین از نرم‌افزار mic mac جهت تحلیل شاخص‌ها استفاده‌شده است و از محیط نرم‌افزار سناریو ویزارد برای استخراج سناریوها در افق آینده بهره برده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داده‌اند که 8 شاخص به‌عنوان عوامل کلیدی شناسایی‌شده‌اند که 2 شاخص آن‌ها در گروه کنترل‌کننده و 6 شاخص دیگر آن در گروه دووجهی بوده‌اند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از سناریو ویزارد بیانگر 11 سناریو در وضعیت سازگار بوده است که دارای سه وضعیت (مطلوب/ایستا/بحرانی) بوده‌اند که ضریب احتمال تحقق وضعیت بحرانی برای آینده زیست پذیری شهر مرزی مهاباد بیشتر از دیگر وضعیت‌ها بوده است.

investigating urban livability scenarios with future developmental approach case study: the border city of mahabad

the purpose of this research is to explain the possible future of livability in mahabad. in terms of objectives, the present study is of an applied research type and in terms of method it is considered as a survey study at exploratory level method based on futurology approaches. due to the nature of this research, using a differential snowball method, 24 professionals and executives of government agencies related to environmental affairs that should be involved in the discussion were selected and then the delphi method and documentary studies for determining the initial factors was used. also, mic mac software has been used to analyze the indicators and has been used in the wizard scenario software to extract scenarios in the future horizon. the results of the research have shown that 8 indicators have been identified as key factors, two of their indexes in the control group and 6 other indicators were in the two level group. also, the results of the wizard scenario represent 11 scenarios in a consistent condition, which has three (desirable / static / critical situations), with the probability coefficient of realizing the critical situation for the future of the city of mahabad, more than other situations.
