تهدیدات مناقشه قره‌باغ بر امنیتِ مناطق مرزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

منطقه قره‌باغ از زیرمجموعه‌های امنیتی منطقه قفقاز جنوبی است که از دیرباز محل مناقشه میان دو دولت «جمهوری آذربایجان» و «جمهوری ارمنستان» بوده است. مناقشاتی که از ابتدا حالت خشونت‌آمیز به خود گرفته و آخرین مورد آن را می‌توان در جنگ میان دو کشور از 27 سپتامبر 2020 میلادی مشاهده کرد. مجاورت جغرافیایی آن با مرزهای شمال غرب ایران، میراث تاریخی مشترک، وجود قومیت‌ها و نژادهای یکسان، تلاش کشورهای قدرتمند برای کسب نفوذ در این منطقه، سبب گشته تا ملاحظات امنیتی آن برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مقایسه با دیگر کشورها از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار باشد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر پاسخ به این سوال است که «منابع تنش و تهدیدات مناقشه قره‌باغ برای امنیتِ مرزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران کدام‌اند؟». روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی، است. با مروری بر منابع مهم‌ترین عوامل تنش و تهدید در این منطقه، تبیین گردید. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که حضور تروریست‌های سوری در مرزهای شمال غرب ایران؛ حضور اطلاعاتی، امنیتی و نظامی رژیم صهیونیستی در جِدار مرزی شمال غرب ایران؛ تشدید تنش‌های نظامی در مرزهای شمال غرب و عدم احترام به مرزهای بین‌المللی؛ و تشدید حرکت‌های تجزیه‌طلبانه به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین تهدیدات امنیتِ مرزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در رابطه با مناقشه می باشد.

Threats of the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict to the Security of the Border Areas of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The NagornoKarabakh region is one of the security subdivisions of the South Caucasus region, which has long been a point of contention between the two governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia. Conflicts that have been violent from the beginning and the latest case can be seen in the war between the two countries from September 27, 2020. Its geographical proximity to the northwestern borders of Iran, common historical heritage, the existence of identical ethnicities and races, the efforts of powerful countries to gain influence in this region, has made its security considerations more important for the Islamic Republic of Iran than other countries. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to answer the following question: &What are the sources of tension and threats of NagornoKarabakh conflict for the border security of the Islamic Republic of Iran?& The research method is descriptiveanalytical. The most important factors of tension and threat in this region were explained by reviewing the sources. Research findings show that the presence of Syrian terrorists on the northwestern border of Iran; Israeli intelligence, security and military presence in the northwestern border wall of Iran; escalating military tensions on northwestern borders and disrespect for international borders; and the intensification of separatist movements are the most important threats to the border security of the Islamic Republic of Iran in relation to the conflict.
