نقش گردشگری بر توسعه مناطق مرزی استان کرمانشاه (مطالعه موردی: منطقه اورامانات)

امروزه صنعت گردشگری به‌عنوان صنعتی نوپا، با ویژگی‌های بارز و منحصربه‌فرد، دارای آثار اقتصادی گسترده‌ای است، افزایش اشتغال، کاهش بیکاری، ارتقای سطح زندگی مردم و بهبود زیرساخت‌ها از مهم‌ترین تاثیرات مثبت اقتصادی گردشگری به شمار می‌رود. و به دلیل نقش و اهمیت صنعت گردشگری، امروز بسیاری از برنامه ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران توسعه از آن به‌عنوان اصل توسعه پایدار یاد می‌کنند. تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت توصیفی تحلیلی است که به بررسی نقش گردشگری در توسعه اقتصادی مناطق مرزی می‌پردازد. گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات از روش توصیفی پیمایشی و جامعه آماری از اساتید دانشگاه، کارشناسان دولتی و خصوصی فعال در حوزه گردشگری و مدیران محلی بوده‌اند. جامعه آماری 174 نفر، روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و ابزار سنجش به‌صورت (پرسشنامه و مصاحبه) است. برای تعیین روایی ابزار از روش اعتبار محتوایی و برای بررسی ابزار ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده‌شده است، برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss و برای اثبات فرضیه ها از آزمون کای اسکوئر و آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای استفاده‌شده است. که با توجه به نتایج، استنباط این است که بین گردشگری و ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی جدید در مناطق مرزی اورامانات، ارتباط بین گردشگری و افزایش درآمد ساکنین مرزی، ارتباط بین گردشگری و توسعه صنایع‌دستی و بومی منطقه مرزی اورامانات، و ارتباط بین گردشگری و کاهش نرخ بیکاری در منطقه مرزی اورامانات در سطح 99 درصد رابطه معنی‌دار و تاثیر مثبت وجود دارد.

The Role of Tourism on the Development of Border Areas of Kermanshah Province (Case Study: Oramanat Region)

Today, the tourism industry as a fledgling industry, with its distinctive and unique features, has wide economic effects. Increasing employment, reducing unemployment, improving people’s living standards and improving infrastructure are among the most important positive economic effects of tourism. And because of the role and importance of the tourism industry, many development planners and policymakers today refer to it as the principle of sustainable development. In terms of its objectives the present study is of an applied research type and descriptiveanalytical in nature, which examines the role of tourism in the economic development of border areas. The required data were collected using descriptivesurvey method. The statistical population included university professors, public and private experts active in the field of tourism and local managers. The statistical population was selected (174 individuals) using purposive sampling method and the measurement tools were questionnaire and interview. Content validity method was used to determine the validity of the instrument and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to examine the reliability of the instrument. SPSS software was used to analyze the data and Chisquare test and onesample ttest were used to prove the hypotheses. According to the results, the inference is that there is a significant and positive relationship between tourism and the creation of new job opportunities in the border areas of Oramanat, tourism and increasing the income of border residents, tourism and the development of indigenous handicrafts of Oramanat border region, and the tourism and reduction of unemployment rate in the Oramanat border region in 99% level of significance.
