شناسایی عوامل موثر بر آمادگی عملیاتی کارکنان هنگ مرزی مهران

امروزه یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی حکومت‌ها، داشتن نیروی نظامی کارآمد است تا توان توسعه و بالندگی خود را افزایش دهند. در مباحث انتظامی و دفاعی، وجود مرزبانانی توانمند که بتوانند حافظ مرزهای کشور باشند یک امر بدیهی است. بنابراین نیاز هست که کارکنان هنگ مرزی مهران جهت انجام وظایف محوله و انجام ماموریت‌های مهم از آمادگی عملیاتی برخوردار باشند. هدف پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر آمادگی عملیاتی کارکنان هنگ مرزی مهران می­باشد. این تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نوع پژوهش، کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 15 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصین حوزه عملیات که از طریق مصاحبه عمیق به شناسایی عوامل موثر بر آمادگی عملیاتی کارکنان هنگ مرزی مهران پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش از روش سرشماری استفاده‌شده است. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه عمیق، جهت اطمینان از روایی پژوهش، روش‌های بازبینی توسط همکاران و بررسی توسط اعضاء (مشارکت‌کنندگان) و برای تعیین پایایی از پایایی باز آزمون استفاده‌شده است. در این پژوهش از روش تحلیل تم گردیده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که توانایی‌های مهارتی و فنی دارای بیشترین تاثیر و ویژگی‌های فردی دارای کمترین تاثیر در آمادگی عملیاتی کارکنان هنگ مرزی مهران می‌باشد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که ویژگی‌های فردی، آموزشی، توانایی‌های مهارتی و فنی، مدیریتی و سازمانی، مالی، زیرساختی، اطلاعاتی و عملیاتی ازنظر پاسخ‌دهندگان ازجمله عوامل موثر بر آمادگی عملیاتی کارکنان هنگ مرزی مهران می‌باشند.

Identifying the factors affecting the operational readiness of the staff of Mehran Border Regiment

Objective: Nowadays, one of the main concerns of governments is having an efficiency military force and deserves to increase their development and development. In military, law enforcement and defense issues, it is obvious that there are capable border guards who can protect the country’s borders and lead their subordinate units towards development or management in time and operational scenes. Therefore, it is necessary that the staff of Mehran Border Regiment be operationally prepared to perform the assigned tasks and carry out important missions. Therefore, in this study, we will try to identify the factors affecting the operational readiness of mehran border regiment personnel. Method: In terms of applied purpose, this research is a field research in terms of data collection and in terms of research is a qualitative research with an exploratory approach that can be concluded by exploratory factor analysis. The statistical population of this study includes 90 commanders of all Han groups, checkpoints and border bases in Ilam province. In this study, sampling was not done and the census method was used. In this study, indepth interviews were used to collect information and identify the factors affecting the operational readiness of the staff of the Mehran Border Regiment. Results: The results show that personal characteristics, training, skills and technical abilities, managerial and organizational, financial, infrastructure, intelligence and operational from the respondents’ point of view are among the factors affecting the operational readiness of Mehran Border Regiment staff.
