تبیین مولفه‌های طبیعی تاثیرگذار بر استقرار سیستم‌های دفاعی در مرزهای شمالی مطالعه موردی: دریای خزر

دریای خزر با توجه به موقعیت استراتژیکی خود از اهمیت ژئوپلیتیکی، اقتصادی و به‌ویژه نظامی برخوردار می‌باشد که با این ویژگی‌های برجسته، از زمان‌های قدیم تاکنون پیوسته موردتوجه شدید اقوام و دولت‌های هم‌جوار و غیر هم‌جوار بوده است. از سوی دیگر مرزهای شمالی این دریای استراتژیک با توجه به تهدیداتی که در سطوح فراملی و فرو ملی مواجه است، نشان از ضرورت استقرار سیستم‌های دفاعی متناسب در سواحل دریای خزر و آمادگی کامل نیروهای نظامی در این منطقه می‌دهد که دراین‌بین از تعداد زیاد مولفه‌هایی که می‌توان در استقرار این سیستم‌ها تاثیرگذار باشد به مولفه طبیعی اشاره کرد که با شناخت درست آن‌ها می‌توان به میزان زیاد در استقرار  سیستم‌های دریایی در مرزهای شمالی موفقیت داشت. پرسش اصلی پژوهش این است که آیا مولفه‌های طبیعی بر استقرار سیستم‌های دفاعی دریای خزر موثرند؟. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از حیث روش، توصیفی تحلیلی است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها و مستندات موردنیاز منابع کتابخانه‌ای، نقشه‌ها و سالنامه‌های آماری و همچنین استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (gis) استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که با توجه به فراوانی بالای شرایط و عوامل طبیعی در عملیات‌های نظامی و دفاعی،  این عوامل به‌خوبی می‌تواند در تعیین سیستم‌های دفاعی دریای خزر تاثیرگذار باشند و در مقابل عدم آگاهی از این شرایط می‌تواند روند استقرار سیستم‌های دفاعی را دچار چالش نماید که در این راستا باید توجه به استقرار و نگهداری تجهیزات و سامانه‌های دفاعی در دریای خزر و ساماندهی نیروهای نظامی متناسب با این عوامل را مدنظر داشت.

Explaining the Natural Components Affecting the Deployment of Defense Systems in the Northern Borders (Case Study: Caspian Sea)

Due to its strategic position, the Caspian Sea has a geopolitical, economic and especially military importance, which with these outstanding features has been constantly considered by neighboring and nonneighboring nations and governments since ancient times. On the other hand, the northern borders of this strategic sea, considering the threats it faces at the transnational and subnational levels, indicate the need to establish appropriate defense systems on the shores of the Caspian Sea and the full readiness of military forces in this region. To be effective in the deployment of these systems, we pointed to the natural component, which, with proper knowledge of them, can be very successful in deploying maritime systems on the northern borders. The main question of the research is whether natural components affect the establishment of defense systems in the Caspian Sea. In terms of its objectives the present study is of applied research type and in terms of methodology it is considered as a descriptiveanalytical study. For collecting the required data and documents library resources, maps and statistical yearbooks as well as Geographic Information System (GIS) were employed. Findings indicate that due to the high frequency of conditions and natural factors in military and defense operations, these factors can be effective in determining the defense systems of the Caspian Sea; in contrast, the lack of awareness of these conditions can challenge the deployment of defense systems. In this regard, attention should be paid to the deployment and maintenance of defense equipment and systems in the Caspian Sea and the organization of military forces in accordance with these factors.
