تبیین نقش گردشگری بر ابعاد پایداری شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر مرزی خواف)

هجوم جمعیت به شهرهای بزرگ به منظور بهره گیری از فرصت های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و غیره؛ منجر به شکل گیری چالش های متعددی گردیده که از جملۀ آن می توان به ضعف اقتصادی، عدم امنیت، مهاجرت و خالی شدن سکنه مناطق مرزی اشاره کرد. توسعۀ پایدار از مباحث مطرح در زمینۀ مقابله با مشکلات گوناگون شهرها است که از 1980 به بعد بسیار مورد تاکید می باشد. در همین راستا، از رویکردهای نوین که می تواند نقش کلیدی در تحقق پایداری شهرها داشته باشد، گردشگری است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی وضعیت ابعاد پایداری خواف و سپس تبیین نقش عامل گردشگری بر ابعاد پایداری شهری است. روش تحقیق پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی است و برای شناسایی معیارهای اصلی، مبانی نظری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. معیارهای نهایی مطابق با نظرات صاحبنظران امر استخراج گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دو گروه ساکنان شهر خواف و خبرگان و متخصصین حوزۀ گردشگری و برنامه ریزی شهری است. در مرحلۀ اول به منظور ارزیابی وضعیت ابعاد چهار گانۀ پایداری شهری از آزمون t تک نمونه ای در نرم افزار spss بهره گرفته شد و سپس برای تحلیل نقش گردشگری بر هریک از ابعاد پایداری شهری از نرم افزار lisrel استفاده گردید. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است وضعیت شهر خواف به لحاظ ابعاد پایداری شهری مطلوب نمی باشد که در این میان پایداری اقتصادی پایین تر سطح مطلوبیت را کسب نمود. همچنین عامل گردشگری بر تمامی ابعاد پایداری شهری تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد که بیشترین آن بر پایداری کالبدی (0.91) و پایداری اجتماعی (0.41) است.

The Explanation of Tourism Role on the Dimensions of Urban Sustainability (Case Study: Border City of Khaf)

Sustainable development is one of the global issues for dealing with various problems of cities, which has been highly emphasized since 1980. one of the new approaches that can play a key role in achieving the sustainability of cities is the tourism approach. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the situation of sustainability dimensions of the border city of Khaf and then explain the role of tourism on the dimensions of urban sustainability . The research method is descriptiveanalytical and to identify the main criteria, research literature and theoretical foundations were examined. the final criteria were extracted in accordance with the opinions of experts. The statistical population of the study includes two groups of residents of Khaf city and experts and specialists in the field of tourism and urban planning. In the first stage, in order to explain the situation of the four dimensions of urban sustainability, onesample ttest was used in SPSS software and then LISREL software was applied to analyze the impact of tourism factor on each of the dimensions of urban sustainability.the research findings show that the situation of Khaf city is not desirable in terms of urban sustainability. Also, tourism factor has a significant effect on all aspects of urban sustainability.
