نقش بازارچه مرزی ماهیرود در امنیت مناطق مرزی مطالعه موردی: منطقه مرزی نهبندان

تاسیس بازارچه‌های مرزی یکی از شناخته‌شده‌ترین روش‌های توسعه اقتصادی نواحی مرزی محسوب می‌شود که توانسته تحول شگرفی در تولید، اشتغال، تثبیت جمعیت مرزنشین، افزایش درآمد و درنهایت توسعه و امنیت پایدار را در این مناطق ایجاد کند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش بازارچه مرزی ماهیرود در امنیت منطقه مرزی نهبندان می‌پردازد. این پژوهش، کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه غرفه داران، کسبه، کارگران، شاغلین بخش‌های خصوصی و دولتی در بازارچه مرزی ماهیرود و معتمدین محلی منطقه به تعداد 100 نفر به‌صورت تمام شمار در سال 98 تشکیل داده که به‌صورت تمام شمار مورد پرسش قرارگرفته‌اند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بوده که پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون  آلفای کرونباخ برای کل پرسشنامه 0.88 برآورد شده است. برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات صاحب‌نظران، از روایی صوری استفاده گردید. اطلاعات به دست آمده  با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss24 مورد تحلیل قرارگرفته است. با توجه به یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده بر اساس نظرات جامعه آماری، بازارچه مرزی ماهیرود به اهداف خود که همانا تحقق امنیت مرزی منطقه نهبندان است به میزان بالای 51 درصد نائل‌آمده است و مردم به محقق شدن اهداف بازارچه معتقدند. این آمارها بیانگر نقش مثبت بازارچه در منطقه مرزی برای مردم بوده است. به تعبیر دیگر، تمامی فرضیه‌های تحقیق در رابطه با نقش فعالیت بازارچه مرزی ماهیرود در تحقق امنیت مرزی منطقه نهبندان در ابعاد مختلف توسعه و تثبیت ساکنین (82%)، کاهش مهاجرت (92%) و گسترش زیرساخت‌های منطقه (85%) تاثیر معناداری داشته و مورد تائید قرارگرفته است. بر این اساس سیاست‌های کلان جمهوری اسلامی در زمینه توسعه بازارچه‌های مرزی باهدف ایجاد امنیت پایدار در مناطق مرزی تحقق‌یافته لذا ضرورت دارد این سیاست البته با رعایت اصل به‌کارگیری نیروهای بومی و توسعه صادرات در سایر بخش‌ها نیز گسترش یابد.

The role of Mahirood border market in the security of border areasCase study: Nehbandan border region

Establishment of border markets is one of the most wellknown methods of economic development of border areas, which has been able to create a dramatic change in production, employment, stabilization of border population, increase income and ultimately development and sustainable security in these areas. The present study examines the role of Mahirood border market in the security of Nehbandan border region. This research is applied and descriptiveanalytical. Its statistical population includes all exhibitors, merchants, workers, employees of the private and public sectors in the Mahirood border market, and local trustees of the region. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose reliability was estimated to be 0.88 using the Cronbach’s alpha test for the whole questionnaire. Formal validity was used to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire using the opinions of experts. The information obtained was analyzed using SPSS24 software. According to the findings of the statistical population, Mahirud border bazaar has achieved its goals of achieving border security in Nehbandan region by 51% and people believe that the goals of the bazaar have been achieved. These statistics show the positive role of the bazaar in the border area for the people. In other words, all research hypotheses regarding the role of Mahirood border market activity in the realization of border security of Nehbandan region in different dimensions of development and stabilization of residents (82%), reduction of migration (92%) and expansion of regional infrastructure (85%) had a significant effect. And has been approved. Accordingly, the major policies of the Islamic Republic in the development of border markets have been achieved with the aim of creating lasting security in the border areas, so it is necessary to expand this policy in other areas, of course, in accordance with the principle of using local forces and export development.
