بررسی میزان تحقق اهداف آموزشی مقطع کارشناسی مصوب رسته مرزبانی از دیدگاه دانش آموختگان این رسته در سال های 90تا 95

ضرورت آموزش به یک امر طبیعی تبدیل شده است. پیشرفت و توسعه سازمانها و موسسات نیز درگرو ارتقای سطح دانش، مهارت، رفتار و بینش منابع انسانی است.تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تحقق اهداف آموزشی رسته مرزبانی از دیدگاه دانش آموختگان این رسته اجرا گردیده است. این پژوهش که با رویکرد کاربردی صورت می گیرد، با هدف تبیین و توصیف میزان اثر بخشی برنامه های طولی در دانشگاه علوم انتظامی صورت می گیرد واز نظر داده ها کمی و از نظر ماهیت و نوع مطالعه پیمایشی مقطعی است.جامعه مورد مطالعه را کلیه  فارغ التحصیلان دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی دررسته مرزبانی درسال های90تا 95 تشکیل می دهد.براساس روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده  وفرمول نعیین حجم نمونه، نمونه مطالعه حاضر را 110نفرتشکیل می دهدکه برروی گروه نمونه1ابزارپرسشنامه محقق ساخته 21سئوالی  اجرا و به کمک روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله آزمون t تک نمونه ای مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت که نتایج پژوهش حاضر بیانگرآنست که  دررسته مرزبانی از دیدگاه دانش آموختگان این رسته ، دروس عمومی و دروس پایه با ماموریت های محوله ناجا انطباق ندارد اما دروس اصلی ودروس تخصصی با ماموریت های محوله ناجا منطبق است .

A Survey on the Achievement of Undergraduate Educational Goals from the Perspective of Border Graduates from 2011 to 2016

The necessity of education has become a natural matter. The development of organizations and institutions is also aimed at improving the level of knowledge, skills, behaviors and insights of human resources. The purpose of this study was to investigate the realization of educational goals of Border Graduates from the perspective of graduates of this category. This applied research is aimed at explaining and describing the effectiveness of longitudinal programs at Amin Police University. The data is quantitative; and in terms of the nature and type this study is of a crosssectional survey. The study population consisted of all the graduates of Amin Police University (Border Police) from 20112016. Based on simple random sampling method and sample size, the present study consists of 110 individuals. Data gathering tool is a 21item researchermade questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS software. The graduates’ viewpoints do not conform to general and core courses, but the core courses and specialized courses correspond to the tasks assigned to the I. R. I. Police
