بررسی شاخص‌های رقابت‌پذیری مقاصد گردشگری ورزشی در نواحی مرزی مطالعه موردی: استان گلستان

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های رقابت‌پذیری گردشگری ورزشی استان مرزی گلستان است. روش این پژوهش، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش اساتید دانشگاهی مدیریت ورزشی و گردشگری، مدیران گردشگری و آژانس‌های مسافرتی می‌باشند که 90 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری به‌صورت هدفمند شناسایی شدند. داده‌های این تحقیق در بخش جاذبه‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و در بخش شاخص‌های رقابتی از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد گردآوری شد، که روایی آن توسط اساتید صاحب‌نظر دانشگاهی تائید شد و پایایی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی آلفای کرونباخ (a= 0/86) برآورد شده است. برای محاسبه داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماری spss 18 استفاده‌شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می­دهد که استان گلستان از جاذبه‌های ساحلی ورزشی مطلوبی برخوردار است و هر یک از پنج شاخص مدل کراچ و ریچی، از اهمیت بالایی در مزیت رقابتی مقصد گردشگری ورزشی استان گلستان برخوردار هستند (هرچند به ترتیب مجموعه شاخص‌های مدیریت مقصد و عوامل برنامه‌ریزی توسعه مقصد گردشگری دارای اهمیت نسبی بیشتری تشخیص داده‌شده‌اند) اما وضعیت توسعه گردشگری ورزشی وضعیت عوامل موثر بر مزیت رقابتی با توجه به موقعیت قرارگیری استان گلستان در شمال کشور و با وجود منابع و جاذبه‌های طبیعی ورزشی مطلوب، به ‌هیچ‌ وجه قابل‌قبول نیست. عدم وجود برنامه‌های استراتژیک و یکپارچه، ضعف زیرساخت‌ها، اقامتگاه و هتل‌ها، تبلیغات و بازاریابی، مانع از رشد و شکوفایی گردشگری در منطقه شده است.

Investigating the Competitiveness Indicators of Sport Tourism Intentions in Border Areas (Case Study: Golestan Province)

The purpose of this study was to evaluate and prioritize sport tourism competitiveness indices in Golestan border province. This study was conducted using a descriptivesurvey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of academic professors of sport management and tourism, tourism managers and travel agencies. Ninety individuals were identified as the participants using a purposive sampling method. The research data were collected through a researchermade questionnaire in attractions section and a standard questionnaire in the competitiveness indices section the validity of which was confirmed by the experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha (0.86). SPSS 18 was employed for data analysis. The results show that Golestan province enjoys a good sport coastal attraction and each of the five indicators of Crouch and Ritchie model have high importance in competitive advantage of sport tourism intentions of Golestan province (although the set of intention management indicators and planning factors for tourism intention development, respectively, have become more and more recognized), but the status of sport tourism development is not at all acceptable given the factors affecting competitive advantage, and given the location of Golestan province in the north of the country and despite desirable natural sports resources and attractions. The lacks of integrated strategic plans, weak infrastructure, hotels, advertising and marketing have hampered tourism growth and prosperity in the region
