تاثیر بازارچه‌های مرزی تمرچین بر توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی مناطق روستایی مطالعه موردی: استان آذربایجان غربی

مبادلات تجاری، یکی از شاخص‌های اصلی در برقراری ارتباط بین کشورهای همسایه و نیز امرارمعاش مردم مرزنشین می‌باشد. درواقع انجام مبادلات از طریق بازارچه‌های مرزی، ضمن تامین سطح قابل‌توجهی از نیاز مردم مرزنشین، به قانونمند کردن ترددها و تهاترها، تثبیت و پایدار نمودن امنیت در مناطق مرزی، فروکش کردن مبادله قاچاق کالا، تقویت معیشت مرزنشینان و توسعه اقتصادی این مناطق کمک خواهد کرد. هدف کلی این مقاله بررسی تاثیر بازارچه مرزی بر توسعه پایدار روستای محدوده مورد مطالعه می‌باشد. روش مورد استفاده در این نوشتار، توصیفیتحلیل و  پیمایشی است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد فعالیت بازارچه مرزی، باعث ایجاد اشتغال و افزایش درآمد مرزنشینان گردیده است. استقرار بازارچه و ایجاد اشتغال برای ساکنین مرزنشین نتوانسته از خیل عظیم مهاجران روستایی به شهر بکاهد، اما از اقتصاد غیررسمی در این منطقه تا حد زیادی کاسته است. همچنین بازارچه مشترک مرزی، تاثیر شگرفی در تامین مایحتاج نیازهای ساکنین مرزنشین نداشته و کالاهای مبادله شده عمدتاً رویکرد فرا استانی و فرا منطقه‌ای دارند. درنهایت علی‌رغم اینکه بازارچه توانسته حداقل امنیت نسبی ازلحاظ اقتصادی در منطقه ایجاد کند، متاسفانه ایجاد و رونق بازارچه نتوانسته است به شاخص‌های امنیت اجتماعی در منطقه کمک شایانی بکند.

The Impact of Tamarchin Border Markets on the Economic and Social Development of Rural Areas (Case Study: West Azerbaijan Province)

Trade exchange is one of the main indicators of communication between neighboring countries and the livelihoods of border people. In fact, making exchanges through border markets will provide a significant level of need for border people, help to regulate traffic and destitution, stabilize border areas, reduce smuggling, enhance livelihoods and promote economic development. The general purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of the border market on the sustainable development of the village under study. This study is of a descriptiveanalytical type that has been conducted in a survey method. The results show that market activity has created employment and increased revenue for border residents. Market placement and job creation for border residents have not been able to reduce the huge influx of rural migrants to the city, but the informal economy in the area has greatly declined. Also, the common market does not have a significant impact on meeting the needs of border residents and the commodities exchanged mainly have an transprovincial and transregional approach. Finally, despite the fact that the market has been able to provide at least partial security in the region economically, it has unfortunately not been able to contribute to the social security indicators in the region.
