تحلیلی بر اثرات اجرای طرح‌های بسیج سازندگی در توسعه روستاهای مرزی شهرستان مریوان

مشکلات و چالش‌های موجود در نواحی روستایی محروم و مرزی در بروز مشکلات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و درنهایت ناپایداری امنیتی در این مناطق تاثیر بسزایی دارد و تاثیر آن در ابعاد محلی، منطقه‌ای و ملی نمایان خواهد شد. بسیج سازندگی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی علاوه بر تامین امنیت پایدار کشور، همواره در جهت رفع مشکلات اجتماعی و اقتصادی کشور به‌ویژه مناطق محروم و مرزی نقش مثبت و سازنده‌ای داشته و دارد. همگام با این اقدام ها، بسیج سازندگی در استان کردستان و به‌ویژه در روستاهای مرزی شهرستان مریوان فعالیت‌های سازنده و درخور شایسته‌ای در ابعاد اجتماعی اقتصادی، بهداشتی و رفع محرومیت‌ها انجام داده است. پژوهش کاربردی حاضر که به روش تحلیلیتوصیفی انجام‌گرفته است و اثرات اجرای طرح‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی بسیج سازندگی را مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار می‌دهد. روش گردآوری اطلاعات ترکیبی از دو روش اسنادی (کتابخانه‌ای) و میدانی می‌باشد جامعه آماری شامل 1085 خانوار روستایی شهرستان مریوان می‌باشد که بر اساس فرمول کوکران 248 خانوار به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب ‌شده است. شیوه توزیع پرسشنامه به روش تصادفی ساده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که طرح‌های انجام‌گرفته توسط بسیج سازندگی سپاه در زمینه اجتماعی موفق ارزیابی‌شده و اقدامات انجام‌گرفته در این زمینه ازنظر مردم محلی در توجه به قشر مستضعف و آسیب‌پذیر جامعه، افزایش مشارکت‌های مردمی و احساس امنیت مثبت ارزیابی‌شده است اما در بعد اقتصادی میانگین به‌دست‌آمده به درجه رضایت‌بخش نرسیده است و تا رسیدن به سطح مطلوب مقداری تفاوت وجود دارد.

An Analysis on the Impacts of Implementation of Mobilization Groups’ Constructive Plans on the Development of Marivan Border Villages

Problems and challenges in disadvantaged and border rural areas have a major impact on social, economic, and ultimately security instability in these areas and will have an impact on local, regional and national dimensions. Since the establishment of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, in addition to providing sustainable security for the country, they have always played a positive and constructive role in resolving the country’s social and economic problems, especially in deprived and border areas. Along with these measures, construction mobilization group in Kurdistan province, and especially in the border villages of Marivan, has carried out appropriate and constructive activities in the socioeconomic, health and deprivation dimensions. This applied descriptiveanalytical study examines and evaluates the effects of implementing economic and social projects of mobilization group. The method of data collection is a combination of two methods of documentary (library) and field research. The statistical population consists of 1,085 rural households in Marivan city.  248 households were selected using Cochran formula as the samples of the study. The questionnaire was distributed using simple random method. The findings of the study indicate that the plans implemented by the Revolutionary Guards mobilization groups in the social context have been evaluated as successful and the actions taken in this regard, from the viewpoints of the locals, in terms of the vulnerable strata of society, increased public participation and a sense of security have been evaluated as positive, but in the economic sense the obtained mean did not reach a satisfactory level and there is some way to get to the desired level.
