درک پدیدارشناسانه ی کنش اجتماعی در زندگی خوابگاهی دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه فرهنگیان

در تحقیق حاضر به بررسی تجارب زیسته ی دانشجویان دختر ساکن خوابگاه های دانشجویی دانشگاه فرهنگیان از کنش های اجتماعی و درک آن ها از زندگی در این اماکن پرداخته شده است. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات کیفی بوده و به روش پدیدارشناسی انجام گرفته است. زمان اجرای پژوهش، بهمن و اسفند سال 1393 بوده و نمونه ها از میان دانشجویان ساکن خوابگاه ها، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، انتخاب شدند. پس از اشباع اطلاعاتی، تعداد شرکت کنندگان به 16 نفر رسید. جمع آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه ی عمیق و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به روش کدگذاری آزاد و انتخابی انجام شد. یافته های حاصل از تجارب زیسته ی دانشجویان، در قالب 5 مضمون اصلی و تعدادی زیر مضمون استخراج شدند. مضامین اصلی استخراج شده عبارت بودند از: دلبستگی به خوابگاه، درک همدلانه، نظم پذیری رضایتمندانه، خودکنترلی، الگوپذیری و تجربه آموزی. در این تحقیق مشخص شد که درک و تجربه دانشجویان از زندگی در این مکان، همان درکی نیست که دیگران (اعم از مسئولین دانشگاه) از این تجربه دارند. دانشجویان کنش‏های مثبت زندگی در محیط خوابگاه را شامل مهارت‏های زندگی، سازگاری، مسئولیت پذیری، کنترل رفتار و احساسات، تاب آوری و درک متقابل می دانستند. آن ها جوامع یادگیری ای تشکیل داده بودند که بسیاری از مفاهیم بنیادین زندگی را از آن طریق می آموختند.

Phenomenological understanding of social action in the college dorm life of Farhangian University female students

This study aims to explore the lived experiences of female Farhangian University students living in the dormitories regarding their understanding of social action in college dorm life. This is a qualitative phenomenological research. The study was conducted on February and March 2015. Using purposeful sampling method, 16  female students living in the dorms were selected. Data were collected using indepth interviews and were analyzed using open, axial and selective coding. The findings revealed 5 main theme and some subthemes. The main extracted themes include: attachment to the dormitory, empathic understanding, satisfactory discipline, selfcontrol, modeling and learning from experience. The study revealed that students’ understanding of college dorm life experiences is not the same as others’ (including university authorities’) understanding. Students believe that adaptability, accountability, behavioral and emotional control, resilience and mutual understanding are among the positive social actions that they learn in dormitory. They organize learning communities that help them learn many of the fundamental concepts of life.
