بررسی پیش نیازها و امکان سنجی اجرای نظام آموزش الکترونیکی در آموزش عالی

این پژوهش به دنبال شناسایی متغیرهایی مربوط به دانشجویان است که توجه به آنها می تواند موسسه آموزش عالی را در پذیرش آموزش الکترونیکی یاری کند. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی تحلیلی و به روش پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل 16500 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه سمنان در سه دوره کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری در سال تحصیلی 94-93  است که تعداد 380 نفر از آنها از طریق روش چندمرحله ای برای نمونۀ پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه ای است محقق ساخته که در تهیه آن از ابزار پژوهش های مشابه استفاده شده و علاوه بر اینکه روایی آن با استفاده از روش قضاوتی تامین شد، پایایی آن نیز برابر 92/0 به دست آمد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که دانشجویان دانشگاه سمنان از آمادگی نسبی و بیشتر از «حداقل آمادگی مورد انتظار» برای شرکت در آموزش الکترونیکی برخوردار هستند. هرچند در برخی عوامل، از جمله «انگیزش»، آمادگی آنها از حداقل آمادگی مورد انتظار کمتر بوده و نیازمند تقویت است. افزون بر این، یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که دانشجویان دانشکده «مهندسی برق و کامپیوتر» نسبت به دیگر دانشکده ها از آمادگی بیشتری برای آموزش الکترونیکی برخوردار هستند.

Investigating the Prerequisites and feasibility study of the Implementation of the ELearning System in Higher Education

This research seeks to identify variables related to students, which can be taken into consideration to help the higher education institution in accepting elearning. The research is applied in terms of purpose is methodological, and in terms of method is descriptiveanalytical and survey method. The statistical population includes 16500 students of University of Semnan in three undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degrees in the academic year of 199494. 380 of them were selected by multistage method for the study sample. The research tool was a researchermade questionnaire, which was used in its preparation similar tools and in addition to its validity approved by providing a judgment method, its reliability was equal to 0.92. The research findings showed that students of University of Semnan have a relative readiness and more than "the least participated preparedness" for taking part in elearning training. However, in some factors, including "motivation," they are less likely to be prepared than expected, and need to be strengthened. In addition, the findings of the research showed that the students of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering are more likely to be ereaders than other faculties.
