بررسی رابطه بین انتقال دانش و عملکرد گروه‌های آموزشی دوره دوم متوسطه نظری

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین انتقال دانش دبیران با عملکرد گروه‌های آموزشی می باشد. جامعه‌ آماری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش کلیه دبیران مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر مشهد می باشد به تعداد 5598 نفر که در نهایت تعداد 360 نفر از آنان به‌عنوان نمونه نهایی با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و طرح پژوهش، همبستگی می باشد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه انتقال دانش که بر اساس مدل نوناکا ساخته شده و همچنین از فرم ارزیابی عملکرد اداره کل آموزش ‌و پرورش استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین انتقال دانش ضمنی دبیران با عملکرد گروه‌های آموزشی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد و همچنین بین میزان انتقال دانش در گروه‌های آموزشی تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد و درعین‌حال بین جنسیت و انتقال دانش رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد. درحالیکه بین انتقال دانش و متغیرهای سابقه خدمت و مدرک تحصیلی دبیران رابطه معنی داری مشاهده نشد.

On the Relationship between Knowledge Transfer and Performance of the Departments of Second Grade of Secondary School

This study aims to investigate the relationship between knowledge transfer in secondary school teachers and performance of the departments. In this paper 360 participants were selected from among 5598 teachers of the second grade of secondary school in Mashhad based on multistage cluster sling. In this descriptive, correlational study, data were collected through a Knowledge transfer questionnaire which is based on Nonaka Model and performance assessment form of Education General Administration. Findings revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between implicit knowledge transfer of teachers and departments’ performance. Moreover, there is significant relationship among departments in level of knowledge transfer. Although there is not any significant relationship between knowledge transfer and some variables like work experience and educational degree, but it is vice versa in gender as another variable.
