چکیده
|
ﭘﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ و اﻫﺪاف: ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎی ﻧﻮﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺟﺬب ﺷﺪه از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ دوره ﭼﻬﺎرﺳﺎﻟﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن و ذﯾﻞ ﻣﺎده 28 اﺳﺎﺳﻨﺎﻣﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺪارس اﺳﺘﺎن اﺻﻔﻬﺎن اﺳﺖ. روش ﻫﺎ: روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ روﯾﮑﺮد آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ )ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﮐﻤﯽ( اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺪارس اﺳﺘﺎن اﺻﻔﻬﺎن ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ 18 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی ﺧﻮﺷﻪ ای 286 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺪارس اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از اﺑﺰار ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده و ﭘﺲ از اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ و ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از روش ﮐﺪﮔﺬاری ﺑﺎز و ﻣﺤﻮری و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﮐﻤﯽ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن داد، از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺪارس ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮐﻠﯽ ﺻﻼﺣﯿﺖ ﻧﻮﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺟﺬب ﺷﺪه از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ دوره ﭼﻬﺎرﺳﺎﻟﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﺸﮕﺮی و ﻧﻘﺶ آﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ، داﻧﺶ، ﻣﻬﺎرت و اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ای آﻧﺎن ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﻧﻮﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺟﺬب ﺷﺪه از ﻣﺎده 28 اﺳﺎﺳﻨﺎﻣﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن اﺳﺖ و در ﺑﺨﺶ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎی ﺷﺨﺼﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨ ﺎداری وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ، اﻣﺎ در ﺑﺨﺶ داﻧﺶ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ ﺻﻼﺣﯿﺖ ﻧﻮﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺟﺬب ﺷﺪه از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺎده 28 ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ.

Abstract
|
background and objectives: the purpose of this study is to compare the new competencies of teachers recruited through the 4 year course of farhangian university and article 28 of the farhangian university statute from the perspective of school principals in isfahan province. methods: the methodology is based on a mixed (qualitative quantitative) approach. the statistical population of the study is school principals of isfahan province. in the qualitative part of the research, 18 principals were selected by purposive sampling method and in the quantitative part, 286 primary school principals were selected as a sample by cluster sampling method. in the qualitative part, semi structured interview tools were used and after extracting the factors affecting the competencies of teachers, a researcher made questionnaire was produced and after confirming its validity and reliability, it was used in the quantitative part. open and axial coding method was used to analyze the data in the qualitative part and independent group t test was used in the quantitative part. . findings: the results of the qualitative and quantitative sections, while confirming each other, showed that from the perspective of school principals, in general, the qualifications of new teachers recruited through the 4 year course of farhangian university, as well as their activism, knowledge, skills and professional motivation article 28 is the statute of farhangian university and there is no significant difference in the personal characteristics section, but in the specialized knowledge section, the qualifications of the new teachers recruited through article 28 are higher.
