|
ﭘﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ و اﻫﺪاف: ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺳﺒﮏ ﻫﺎی رﻫﺒﺮی و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎی اﯾﺮان ﺑﻮد. روش ﻫﺎ : روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﻦ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎی ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 60 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﺪود ﺑﻮدن ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﺗﻌﺪاد 60 ﻧﻔﺮ را ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی ﺗﻤﺎم ﺷﻤﺎری اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮای ﮔﺮدآوری داده ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮردﻧﯿﺎز، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮی ﺑﺲ وآواﻟﯿﻮ )1985( و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ آﻧﺘﻮﻧﯿﮏ و ﻫﯿﺴﺮﯾﭻ )2003( ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮای ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ، آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎی ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎی ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ، ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮی و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ )0,01r=0,03,sig( راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ در ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار وﺟﻮد دارد، اﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺒﮏ ﻫﺎی رﻫﺒﺮی در ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد.

Abstract
|
background and objectives: the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the components of leadership styles and entrepreneurship development in iranian universities. descriptive research methods: the statistical population included all officials, managers and experts of entrepreneurial universities, whose number was equal to 60 people. due to the limited statistical population, 60 people were selected by total sampling method. to collect the required data, bess and avalio (1985) leadership style questionnaires and antonik and hisrich (2003) entrepreneurship development questionnaires were taken. for data analysis, pearson correlation coefficient and independent t test were performed. findings: based on data analysis, between leadership style and entrepreneurial development (r = 0.399, sig<0.01), between ideal influence and entrepreneurial development (r = 0.151, sig <0.01), inspirational motivation and entrepreneurial development (r = 0.114, sig< 0.05), there is a significant relationship. on the other hand, it was found that there is no significant relationship between mental motivation and entrepreneurial development (r = 0.03, sig <0.05), conclusion: the results of t test showed that there is a significant difference between entrepreneurship development in managers and experts, but there is no significant difference between leadership styles in managers and experts.
