چکیده
|
ﭘﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ و اﻫﺪاف: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ اﻟﮕﻮی ﺗﺮ ﺑﯿﺖ ﺣﺮﻓﻪای داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻣﺒﺎ ﻧﯽ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺖﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻢوﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. روشﻫﺎ: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﺘﮑﯽ ﺑﺮ روش ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ )ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﮐﻤﯽ( و روﯾﮑﺮد آن اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ ﻣﺘﻮاﻟﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا و ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ 30 ﻧﻔﺮ از اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﺧﺒﺮه اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ و اﻟﮕﻮی ﻧﻈﺮی ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن )ﺑﺎ 74 ﮔﻮﯾﻪ در3 ﺑُﻌﺪ، 9 ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ و 62 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ( ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﺷﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن ﺳﺮاﺳﺮ ﮐﺸﻮر در ﺳﺎل 1399 1400 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺗﻌﺪاد 600 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﺧﻮﺷﻪای ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 30 ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ 0.94 ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮای ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار spss )آزﻣﻮن ﮐﻮﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮوف اﺳﻤﯿﺮﻧﻒ( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه و از روش ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار smart pls اﻟﮕﻮی ﮐﺎر اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮای ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﻟﮕﻮی ﮐﻠﯽ از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪی اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ:. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد در ﺑﺨﺶ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ رﺳﺎﻟﺖ ﺣﺮﻓﻪای، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺣﺮﻓﻪای و ﺑﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪﻫﺎی ﺣﺮﻓﻪای و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 9 ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽﻫﺎی ﺣﺮﻓﻪای، داﻧﺶ ﺣﺮﻓﻪای، ﺑﺼﯿﺮت ﺣﺮﻓﻪای، اﻧﮕﯿﺰهﺑﺨﺸﯽ، اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ ﺻﺎﻟﺢ، ﻧﮕﺮش ﺣﺮﻓﻪای، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺸﺘﺮک، اﺻﻮل ﺗﺤﻮل ﻣﺪاوم و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎﺻﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ دارﻧﺪ.

Abstract
|
background and objectives: the present research was conducted with the aim of designing the model of professional training of farhangian university students based on the epistemological foundations of islamic education. methods: this research is based on the combined method (qualitative quantitative) and its sequential exploratory approach. the qualitative part of the comparative content analysis method was carried out with the help of 30 expert professors and the theoretical model was developed after interviewing the experts (with 74 items in 3 dimensions, 9 components and 62 indicators). in the quantitative part of the research, a descriptive survey method was used with the help of a researcher made questionnaire. the statistical population of the research was the students of farhangian university all over the country in 2019 1400, based on cochran's formula, 600 samples were selected by random cluster method. the reliability of the questionnaire with cronbach's alpha of 30 questionnaires was 0.94. spss software (kolmogorov smirnov test) was used to analyze the data, and the work pattern was extracted from structural equation methods with smart pls software. also, confirmatory factor analysis method was used to check the general pattern. findings: the results showed that in the dimensions section, professional mission, professional performance and professional requirements, and in the component section, 9 components of professional abilities, professional knowledge, professional insight, motivation, creating a competent school, professional attitude, joint performance, principles of continuous development and dedicated performance play a fundamental role.
