بررسی چگونگی نقش فعالیت های فوق برنامه در تقویت برنامه درسی رسمی از دیدگاه معلمان دوره اول متوسطه

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی چگونگی نقش فعالیتهای فوق برنامه در تقویت برنامه درسی رسمی از نظر معلمان دوره اول متوسطه انجام شد. روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیماشی و از نوع کاربردی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان دوره اول متوسطه شهرستان قائمشهر درسال 99-1400 (390 نفر) است، که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و برحسب جدول کرجسی و مورگان 194 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرداوری داده ها،مطالعات کتابخانه ای و فرم پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که روایی ان با استفاده از روایی صوری و پایایی ان با استفاده از ضریب الفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی و امار استنباطی(آزمون تی و آزمون فریدمن) استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که نقش فعالیتهای فوق برنامه در دستیابی از منابع آموزشی، ارتقاء انگیزش تحصیلی ، بهبود امکان ارتباط ، ارتقاء کیفیت تدریس، ارتقاء کیفیت تکالیف درسی، بهبود فرایند ارزشیابی و ملاحظه تفاوت های فردی در سطح متوسط به بالا می باشد. که از این میان نقش فعالیت های فوق برنامه در «بهبود فرآیند ارزشیابی تحصیلی » بیشترین میانگین و «بهبود امکان ارتباط و تداوم آن» کمترین میانگین رتبه را کسب کرده اند.نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به نتایج تحقیق، جهت تقویت برنامه درسی رسمی به معلمان درحیطه کلاسشان قدرت تصمیم گیری و انتخاب بسته به شرایط کلاس و دانش آموزانشان و طراحی دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت جهت آشنایی بیشتر و بهتر معلمان با انواع فعالیت های فوق برنامه جهت اجرای موثرتر آن در کلاس درس پیشنهاد می شود.

investigating the role of extracurricular activities in strengthening the formal curriculum from the perspective of junior high school teachers

ckground and objectives: the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of extracurricular activities in strengthening the formal curriculum from the point of view of first year secondary school teachers. methods: the research method is descriptive-surveillance and applied. thestatistical population includes all the teachers of the first year of secondary schoolin qaimshahr city in 2014-2019 (390 people), who were selected as a sample byusing simple random sampling method and according to karjesi and morgan'stable. the data collection tools were library studies and a researcher-madequestionnaire form, whose validity was confirmed using face validity andreliability using cronbach's alpha coefficient. descriptive statistics and inferentialstatistics (t test and friedman test) were used to analyze the data. findings: thefindings of the research showed that the role of extracurricular activities inobtaining educational resources, improving academic motivation, improving thepossibility of communication, improving the quality of teaching, improving thequality of homework, improving the evaluation process and considering individualdifferences at the average level. it is up. among these, the role of extracurricularactivities in improving the academic evaluation process has the highest averageand improving the possibility of communication and continuity has the lowestaverage rank. conclusion: according to the research results, to strengthen theformal curriculum for teachers within their class, the decision-making power andchoice depending on the conditions of the class and their students and the designof in-service training courses are suggested for teachers to become more and betteracquainted with a variety of extracurricular activities in order to implement themmore effectively in the classroom.the possibility of communication and itscontinuity have the lowest average rank. conclusion: the results of theseprocesses have consequences for the teacher and the student such as professionaldevelopment, job satisfaction, and enjoyment of learning in school.
