شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی نو معلمان در نظام تعلیم و تربیت

پیشینه و اهداف: نومعلمی به عنوان پل بین دوره تربیت معلم و دوره معلمی یکی از حساس ترین دوره ها در عرصه معلمی است. بسیاری از نظام های آموزشی، برنامه های ویژه ای برای این مرحله مهم معلمی دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی نومعلمان در نظام تعلیم و تربیت انجام شد. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری یافته ها ، کیفی و با بهره گیری مرورنظام مند بوده است. روش ها : روش انجام پژوهش به شیوه کیفی با بهره گیری از روش مرور نظام مند بود. در این شیوه، پیشینۀ پژوهشی بر مبنای الگو ی سندلوسکی و باروسو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی داخلی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در همین راستا، بعد از پالایش و ارزیابی های صورت گرفتهاز بین 650 سند پژوهشی شناسایی شده، 22 مورد انتخاب و با استفاده از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: تحلیل یافته های حاصل از بررسی مستندات نهایی منجر به شناسایی 24 مفهوم اصلی شد پس از بررسی ارتباط مفهومی و محتوایی و بر اساس الگوی شایستگی مفاهیم شناسایی شده در قالب 4 مولفه کلی تر شامل: نیازهای مرتبط با دانش نیازهای مرتبط با مهارت، نیازهای مرتبط با توانایی و نیازهای مرتبط با نگرش دسته بندی شدند نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش از آن جهت که درک عمیقی از ادبیات موجود در مورد موضوع پژوهش با شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی نومعلمان ازائه می دهد می تواند در سیاست گذاری های آموزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

background and objectives: new teacher, as a bridge between the teacher training period and the teaching period, is one of the most sensitive periods in the field of teaching. many educational systems have special programs for this important teacher stage. the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the educational needs of new teachers in the education system. methods: the current study was conducted with the aim of identifying the educational needs of new teachers. this research was carried out with a practical purpose and a mixed qualitative method and in the way of systematic review. in order to achieve the aim of the research, a regular and extensive review of the research background based on the model of sandelowski and barroso was conducted in internal databases. in this regard, after the refinement and evaluations, among the 650 identified research documents, 22 were selected purposefully and examined using thematic analysis strategy. the analysis of the findings from the review of the final documents led to the identification of 24 main concepts. findings: the results of the analysis showed, that the most important key educational needs identified include knowledge needs, skill needs, ability needs, and attitude needs. conclusion: because this research provides a deep understanding of the existing literature on the subject of research by identifying the educational needs of new teachers, it can be used in educational system of farhangian university.
