شناسایی عوامل موثر بر فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان

پیشینه و اهداف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خراسان جنوبی بود که به روش ترکیبی از نوع اکتشافی متوالی انجام شد.روش ها : جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خراسان جنوبی 118 نفر در سال تحصیلی 99 - 98 بود که در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 13 نفر به عنوان مشارکت کننده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسش نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی ابزار اندازه گیری با استفاده از روش توافق کدگذاران، روایی همگرا و واگرا محاسبه شد. همچنین؛ پایایی پرسش نامه بر اساس سه معیارضرایب بارهای عاملی، آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی برآورد شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای مکس کیودا و اسمارت پی ال اس تجزیه وتحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مدل فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان، دارای سه بعد محتوایی، ساختاری و محیطی است که بعد محتوایی 23 / 0 ، بعد ساختاری 61 / 0 و بعد محیطی 35 / 0 از تغییرات فرهنگ پژوهش را تبیین می کند و بعد ساختاری نسبت به سایر ابعاد نقش موثرتری در تبیین فرهنگ پژوهش استاداندانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خراسان جنوبی دارد. نتیجه گیری: درمجموع، نتایج پژوهش بیانگر این بود که این ابعاد 85 درصد از تغییرات فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان را تبیین می کند.

identifying effective factors on culture research in farhangian university

background and objectives: the purpose of this study was identifying effective factors on research culture in farhangian university of south khorasan province. methods: this study was performed by using mixed- methods and a sequential exploratory design. the statistical populationincluded all teachers in farhangian university of south khorasan province (118 persons) in the academic year 2018-2019, and 13 persons were selected as a sample based on purposeful sampling. to collect the data, used semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire. the validity of the measurement tool was confirmed in the qualitative part using the coders' agreement method (0.80) and in the quantitative part of study, through convergent validity and divergent validity. additionally, the reliability of the researcher-made questionnaire was confirmed based on three criteria: factor load coefficients, cronbach's alpha (0.80) and combined reliability (0.78) using software. also, we used maxqda 10 software and smart pls3 to analyze the research data. findings: the results of the research showed that the culture model of research culture in farhangian university had three dimensions of content, structural and environmental in which the content dimension 0.23, structural dimension 0.61 and environmental dimension 0.35 determines culture changes in research. the structural dimension has a more effective role in explaining the research culture of the professors of farhangian university of south khorasan province than other dimensions. conclusion: the results showed that these dimensions explain 0.85 of the changes in the culture of research in farhangian university.
