طراحی الگوی سیرت نیکوی مدیران با استفاده از آموزه‌های نهج‌البلاغه (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان تهران)

این پژوهش با هدف طراحی الگوی سیرت نیکوی مدیران دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان تهران با استفاده از آموزه‌های نهج البلاغه انجام شده است. روش پژوهش کیفی و با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون بوده است. ابتدا متن نهج‌البلاغه در ارتباط با مضمون‌هایی که معرف سیرت نیکوی مدیران باشد، بررسی و 525 مضمون اولیه استخراج شد. سپس، با تلخیص و مقوله‌بندی به روش کدگذاری بر پایه‌ مفاهیم مشترک 79 مضمون پایه با عنوان شاخص شناسایی شد؛ در ادامه با افزایش محدوده‌ دسته‌بندی، تقسیم‌بندی مولفه‌ها و ابعاد، به روش دلفی، طی دو مرحله و با تکنیک نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی انجام و 10 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده با عنوان مولفه از شاخص‌ها استخراج و با تکرار آن 3 مضمون فراگیر به عنوان ابعاد سیرت نیکوی مدیران شناسایی و تبیین شد. حاصل کار به صورت الگوی سیرت نیکوی مدیران بر مبنای آموزه‌های نهج‌البلاغه ارائه شد که شامل سه بعد اعتقادی، اخلاقی و رفتاری است.

designing the model of managers’ good character using the teachings of nahj al-balaghah (case study: farhangian university of tehran province)

the aim of this study was to design the model of managers’ good character using the teachings of nahj al-balaghah. the research method was qualitative and using theme analysis. first, the text of nahj al-balaghah was examined in relation to the themes that represent the good character of the managers, and 525 primary themes were extracted. using codification and categorization by coding method, with emphasis on common concepts, 79 basic themes were identified as indicators and then by increasing the category, division of components and dimensions using the delphi method in two stages and with the snowball sampling technique, it was carried out, and 10 organizing themes were extracted from the indicators as components, and by repeating them, 3 overarching themes were identified and explained as the dimensions of managers’good character. the result of the research was presented as a model of the managers’good character based on the teachings of nahj al-balaghah, which includes dimensions of belief, ethics and behavior.
