بررسی روند اعلام نیاز استان ها به معلمان جدید و تاثیر آن بر عملکرد دانشگاه فرهنگیان (مطالعۀ رشتۀ آموزش جغرافیا در بازۀ زمانی 1391 تا 1400)

این پژوهش در حوزۀ آمایش آموزش عالی و با هدف بررسی روند اعلام نیاز استان‌ ها به معلمان جدید و تاثیر آن بر عملکرد دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شده که به عنوان نمونه، رشتۀ آموزش جغرافیا در طی بازۀ زمانی 1391 تا 1400 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی بوده و به روش آمیخته صورت گرفته است. در مرحلۀ کمی، رابطۀ همبستگی بین اعلام نیاز استان ‌ها به دبیر جغرافیا با جمعیت دانش آموزی دورۀ متوسطۀ آن ها و هم‌چنین، نوسانات سالانه رخ داده در نرم‌افزارspss18  مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و سپس با تکیه بر مصاحبه با استادان جغرافیا، تاثیر این روند بر عملکرد دانشگاه فرهنگیان در قالب نرم افزار maxqda2008 تحلیل کیفی شده است. نتایج نشان داد طی یک دهۀ گذشته، اعلام نیاز کلی استان‌ ها به دبیر جغرافیا در حد 0/918 با جمعیت دانش‌ آموزی دورۀ متوسطۀ آن ها همبستگی داشته، اما از استانی به استان دیگر و از سالی به سال دیگر، متغیر بوده است. در نتیجه، شرایط شکننده‌ ای برای این رشته در دانشگاه فرهنگیان ایجاد شده است. در صورت ادامه این بی ‌ثباتی، عملکرد دانشگاه فرهنگیان تضعیف خواهد شد.

investigating the process of announcing the need of the provinces for new teachers and its impact on the performance of farhangian university (study of geography education in the period 2012 to 2022)

this study was conducted in the field of higher education planning with the aim of investigating the process of announcing the need of the provinces for new teachers and its impact on the performance of farhangian university, for example the field of geography education has been studied during the period of 2012 to 2022. the present research is of applied type and has been done by mixed method. in quantitatively step, the correlation between the provinces’ need for geography teachers and their high school student population, and also, annual fluctuations in spss software were also examined, and then relying on interviews with professors of geography, the impact of this trend on the performance of farhangian university has been qualitatively analyzed in the form of maxqda software. the results show that over the past decade, the declaration of the general need of the provinces for the teachers of geography in the amount of 0.918 was correlated with the population of their students, but it has varied from province to province and from year to year. as a result, fragile conditions have been created for this field at farhangian university. if this instability continues, the performance of farhangian university will be weakened.
