مطالعۀ تطبیقی نظام کارورزی تربیت معلم ایران و سنگاپور

هدف پژوهش، مطالعۀ تطبیقی نظام کارورزی تربیت معلم ایران و سنگاپور است. این یک تحقیق تطبیقی (مقایسۀ ای) کیفی و غیر تجربی است که برای انجام آن از الگوی بردی، که شامل چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری و مقایسه است، استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ اسناد مرتبط با برنامۀ کارورزی تربیت معلم دو کشور سنگاپور و ایران بود. از این رو  جدیدترین نسخۀ کتاب کارورزی تربیت معلم از موسسۀ ملی آموزش سنگاپور و آخرین نسخۀ اصلاحی دستورالعمل برنامه و سرفصل کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان ایران به صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونه برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها انتخاب و تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش با وجود مشابهت‌هایی اندک، حاکی از اختلاف معنادار و تفاوت‌های اساسی بین کارورزی تربیت معلم این دو کشور در مولفه‌های ساختار مدیریت، رویکرد، اهداف و انتظارات، محتوا و فرصت‌های یادگیری، نقش و مسئولیت افراد، زمان و مکان و روش‌های ارزشیابی است. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به مسئولان کمک کند گام‌هایی برای بهبود نظام کارورزی تربیت معلم در ایران بردارند.

a comparative study of teacher training internship system in iran and singapore

the aim of the research is to study the comparative study of the teacher training internship system of iran and singapore. this is a comparative (comparative) qualitative and non-experimental research, which was carried out using bardi's model, which includes four stages of description, interpretation, juxtaposition and comparison. the statistical population included all the documents related to the teacher training internship program in singapore and iran. therefore, the most visible version of the teacher training internship book from the national institute of education of singapore and the last modified version of the program guidelines and internship title of farhangian university of iran were purposefully selected and analyzed as samples for data collection. despite the few similarities, the results of the research indicate significant differences and fundamental differences between the teacher training internship of these two countries in the components of management structure, approach, goals and expectations, content and learning opportunities, role and responsibility of people, time and place, and evaluation methods. the results of this research can help the authorities to take steps to improve the teacher training internship system in iran.
