تبیین فلسفۀ استقرار نظام کارورزی مبتنی بر معلم فکور در دانشگاه فرهنگیان و شناسایی زمینه ها و ساختارهای لازم جهت تحقق آن

تربیت معلم برنامه ‌ای برای توسعۀ حرفه‌ای و شایستگی معلم است که از طریق فرایند آموزش و آماده‌سازی، پیش‌ نیازهای حرفۀ معلمی و آمادگی برای مواجهه با چالش ‌های آن ایجاد می ‌شود. در دانشگاه فرهنگیان، این رسالت با اجرای برنامه ‌های کارورزی مبتنی بر معلم فکور در دستور کار قرار دارد.  با این اهمیت، پژوهش حاضر به تبیین فلسفۀ استقرار نظام کارورزی مبتنی بر معلم فکور در دانشگاه فرهنگیان و شناسایی زمینه‌ ها و ساختارهای لازم جهت تحقق آن پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی است. شرکت ‌کنندگان این پژوهش را متخصصان، برنامه‌ریزان و سیاستگذاران  دانشگاه فرهنگیان کشور تشکیل می دهند. برای مصاحبه با صاحبنظران در حوزۀ دانشگاه فرهنگیان از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند (موارد مطلوب) استفاده شد. در این راستا، به طور هدفمند با مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 14 نفر، اشباع نظری در داده‌ها حاصل شد. یافته‌ های پژوهش نشان داد ایجاد تفکر تاملی و همه‌جانبه در دانشجومعلمان؛ عدم کارآمدی تئوری‌های آموزشی به‌تنهایی؛ و تغییر نقش معلم از انتقال‌دهندۀ اطلاعات به تسهیل‌گر از مهم ترین مولفه‌های در زمینۀ فلسفۀ  ایجاد و شکل ‌گیری نظام کارورزی مبتنی بر معلم فکور در دانشگاه فرهنگیان شناخته شده است. هم‌چنین، زمینه ‌های لازم برای تحقق این برنامه شامل اساتید آموزش‌دیده در دانشگاه فرهنگیان؛ فضای آموزشی مناسب؛ تامین مالی ؛ و ساختار تعاملی دانشگاه فرهنگیان و آموزش و پرورش است.

explaining the philosophy of establishing a practicum system based on a reflective teacher in farhangian university and identifying the necessary elements and structures for its realization

teacher training is a program for teacher professional development and competence that is created through the process of education and preparation, prerequisites for the teaching profession and readiness to face its challenges. at farhangian university, this mission will be carried out by implementing practicum programs based on a reflective teacher. with this importance, the present study explains the philosophy of establishing a practicum system based on reflective teacher in farhangian university and identifies the necessary areas and structures for its realization. the present study is qualitative and phenomenological. participants in this study are experts, planners and policy makers of farhangian university. purposeful sampling method (desirable cases) was used to interview experts in the field of farhangian university. in this regard, purposeful theoretical saturation in the data was achieved by semi-structured interviews with 14 people. findings. also, the necessary elements for the realization of this program include professors trained at farhangian university; appropriate educational environment; financing ; and the interactive structure between farhangian university and ministry of education .
