تبیین دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌ علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان نسبت به برنامۀ درسی کارورزی بر اساس نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌ علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان، نسبت به برنامۀ کارورزی است. روش این پژوهش کیفی و از نوع نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد است. جامعۀ مورد مطالعه استادان راهنمای کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خوزستان بود که به شیوۀ نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، تعداد 19 نفر از آن‌ها انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ان وی وو و بر مبنای رهیافت نظام‌مند استراس و کربین (کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی) و الگوی پارادایمی (پدیدۀ محوری، شرایط علی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها، پیامدها) انجام گرفت. بر این اساس ‌«معلم فکور، اندیشه‌ورز و عمل‌گرا» به‌عنوان پدیدۀ محوری انتخاب و سایر ابعاد الگوی کارورزی، مشخص شدند. اعتبارسنجی از طریق مثلث‌سازی، بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان و خبرگان غیر مشارکت‌کننده  و ضریب توافق کاپا، صورت گرفت. از نتایج مهم این پژوهش ضرورت، تنظیم ساختار عمل‌گرایانۀ کارورزی، جهت متناسب‌سازی برنامۀ کارورزی با واقعیت‌های میدانی است.

explaining the viewpoints of faculty members at farhangian university relative to the internship curriculum based on grounded theory

the main purpose of this research is to investigate the the viewpoints of the faculty members of farhangian university towards the internship program. the method of this research is qualitative and of the grounded theory. the research population was the supervisors on the internship program of farhangian university of khuzestan,19 supervisors were selected by targeted sampling method. analysis data from semi-structured interviews,was done using nvivo software and based on the systematic approach of strauss and corbin (open, axial, and selective coding) and of paradigm pattern (core category, causal conditions, contextual, interfering, strategies, consequences). accordingly, &practical and thoughtful, reflective teacher& was chosen as the central phenomenon and other dimensions of the internship model were identified. the conclusions of the current study revealed that the majority of supervisors believe that the new internship plan is highly aligned with the goals of the teacher training but has failed to fulfill them validation was achieved through triangulation, participant revision, and non-participationer experts and cohen’s kappa coefficient. one of the important results of this research is the need to adjust the pragmatic structure of the internship in order to adapt the internship program to the field realities.
