مدل‌یابی نقش ابعاد رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معلمان در اثربخشی مدرسه (مطالعه‌ای در مدارس دورۀ متوسطۀ دوم منطقۀ پنج تهران)

هدف پژوهش، مدل‌یابی نقش ابعاد رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معلمان در اثربخشی مدرسه بود. جامعۀ پژوهش کلیۀ معلمان مدارس دورۀ متوسطه دوم منطقه پنج تهران بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای دومرحله‌ای (ناحیه و مدرسه)، نمونه‌ای به حجم 240 نفر انتخاب شد. روش پژوهش همبستگی است. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از  پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساختۀ 25 سوالی رفتار شهروندی بر مبنای مدل گای اورگان (1988) و پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته 18 سوالی اثربخشی مدرسه بر مبنای مدل چن و لین (2011) استفاده شد. برای تعیین پایایی ابزار از آلفای کرانباخ و  برای  تعیین روایی ابزار از  تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبۀ اول استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از ماتریس همبستگی و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار lisrel10.30 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد ابعاد رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معلمان دارای اثر مثبت و معنادار بر متغیر اثربخشی مدرسه در سطح 0.05 هستند، دامنۀ اثر ابعاد رفتار شهروندی معلمان از 0.35 تا 0.49 است که بیشترین اثر مربوط به بعد وظیفه شناسی و کمترین اثر مربوط به بعد جوانمردی است. ابعاد پنج‌گانه رفتار شهروندی معلمان قادر به تبیین 17 درصد واریانس اثربخشی مدرسه هستند که این مقدار با تی 5.92، بیان‌کنندۀ معناداربودن واریانس تبیین‌شدۀ اثربخشی مدرسه توسط ابعاد رفتار شهروندی معلمان است.

modeling the role of dimensions of teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior in school effectiveness(a study in the secondary schools of the fifth district of tehran)

the purpose of this study was to model the role of dimensions of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior in school effectiveness. the study population was all secondary school teachers in the fifth district of tehran. using two-stage cluster sampling method (district and school), a sample of 240 people was selected. the research method is correlation. a researcher-made 25-item citizenship behavior questionnaire based on guy organ (1988) and a researcher-made 18-item school effectiveness questionnaire based on chen & lin model (2011) were used to collect research data. cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the instrument and first-order confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine the validity of the instrument. correlation matrix and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data using lisrel10.30 software. the results showed that the dimensions of teachers 'citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on the school effectiveness variable at the level of 0.05, the effect of the dimensions of teachers' citizenship behavior is from 0.35 to 0.49, which has the most effect on conscientiousness and the least effect. it is related to the dimension of chivalry. the five dimensions of teacher citizenship behavior are able to explain 17% of the variance of school effectiveness, which has a t (5.92), which indicates the significance of the variance of school effectiveness explained by the dimensions of teacher citizenship behavior.
