ساخت و اعتباریابی ابزار ارزیابی معلم اثربخش تربیت‌ بدنی

هدف پژوهش حاضر، ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه‌ ارزیابی معلم اثربخش تربیت‌ بدنی بود. نوع پژوهش، توصیفی - پیمایشی و جامعه‌ آماری، شامل دو گروه از افراد بود. در مرحله‌ اول، جامعه‌ آماری شامل 15 نفر از اساتید، صاحب‌نظران، کارشناسان و متخصصان تربیت‌بدنی و مدیریت ورزشی، و در مرحله‌ دوم 220 نفر از معلمان تربیت‌بدنی شهر زنجان در سال تحصیلی 1397-1396 بودند. نمونۀ مورد نظر با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 136 نفر برآورد شد که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم و به‌صورت تصادفی شامل 69 نفر معلم مرد و 67 نفر معلم زن انتخاب شد. برای دستیابی به اهداف تحقیق، برای شناسایی مولفه‌های معلم اثربخش تربیت‌بدنی، پرسشنامه‌ محقق‌ساخته از طریق روش دلفی طراحی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری، در بخش آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف معیار و در بخش آمار استنباطی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب (دلوین - گلدشتاین)، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه‌ اول و دوم، آماره‌ t استفاده شد. در نهایت، ابزاری با 59 گویه با طیف لیکرت 5 ارزشی و 8 مولفه آماده شد. پرسشنامه‌ به‌دست‌آمده در پژوهش حاضر در حیطه‌ تربیت‌بدنی به‌صورت تخصصی و حرفه‌ای ابعاد (شناختی، رفتاری، عاطفی، روانی - حرکتی) یک معلم اثربخش را شناسایی کرده است. پیشنهاد می‌شود با استفاده از ابزار به‌دست‌آمده در این مطالعه، اثربخشی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی در سطوح مختلف بررسی شود.

making and validate an effective physical education teacher evaluation scale

the purpose of this study was to construct and validate an effective teacher evaluation questionnaire for physical education. the type of descriptive-survey research and the statistical population included two groups of individuals. in the first stage, the statistical population included 15 professors, experts and specialists in physical education and sports management and in the second stage, 220 physical education teachers in zanjan in the academic year 1397-1397. the sample was estimated to be 136 people using morgan table, which was randomly selected using 69 male and 67 female teachers using stratified proportional sampling method. to achieve the objectives of the research to identify the components of an effective physical education teacher, a researcher-made questionnaire was designed using the delphi method. for statistical analysis, in the descriptive statistics section, mean and standard deviation and in the inferential statistics section, cronbach’s alpha coefficient and composite reliability (delvin-goldstein), first and second order confirmatory factor analysis, t-statistic were used. finally, a 59-item instrument with a likert scale of 5 values and 8 components was prepared. the questionnaire obtained in the present study in the field of physical education has professionally identified the dimensions (cognitive, behavioral, emotional, psychological-motor) of an effective teacher. it is suggested that using the instruments obtained in this study, the effectiveness of physical education teachers at different levels be evaluated.
