بررسی رضایت معلمان و دانش‌ آموزان پایه ششم دوره ابتدایی از شبکه اجتماعی دانش ‌آموزی (شاد) در دوران شیوع ویروس کرونا

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان رضایت معلمان و دانش ‌آموزان از هر یک از مولفه‌های کلاس مجازی است. این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی بود. جامعه‌ آماری این پژوهش کلیه‌ دانش آموزان و معلمان پایه‌ ششم شهر بیرجند در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند که از میان آن‌ها 53 معلم و 130 دانش آموز به شیوه‌ نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه‌ محقق‌ساخته‌ رضایت از کلاس مجازی که دارای 10 مولفه است، بین آزمودنی‌ها توزیع شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه به تایید متخصصان و اساتید رسید و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر 0.74 به دست آمد. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و آزمون تی تک‌نمونه ای آزمون شدند. نتایج آزمون‌های آماری نشان داد میانگین تمامی مولفه‌ها‌ی رضایت از کلاس مجازی در مقایسه با میانگین نظری در سطح کمتر از 0.01 معنا‌دار و پایین‌تر از حد متوسط قرار دارند. با توجه به نتایج می‌توان نتیجه گرفت انتقال از سیستم سنتی به آنلاین آموزش در مدرسه چندان رضایت‌بخش نبوده است و معلمان و دانش‌آموزان از کلاس مجازی به شیوه‌ کنونی رضایت ندارند و در صورت تداوم وضعیت فعلی باید درباره‌ کارآمدبودن این سیستم تحقیقات بیشتری صورت گیرد.

a survey of primary school teachers and students of the sixth grade satisfaction from the student social network (shad) during the coronavirus pandemic

the purpose of this study is to investigate the level of satisfaction of teachers and students with each of the components of the virtual classroom. this study was a descriptive cross-sectional study. the statistical population of this study was all sixth-grade students and teachers at birjand in the academic year of 2019-2020. from which of them, 53 teachers and 130 students by convenience sampling method were selected. the researcher-made questionnaire of satisfaction with the virtual class, which has 10 components, was distributed among the subjects. the content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and related professors and the reliability was obtained using cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.74. the data were analyzed in spss program using multivariate analysis of variance (manova) and one-sample t-test. the results show that the mean of all components of the virtual class compared to the theoretical value t (3) are at a level below 0.01 significant level and below average. according to the results, it can be concluded that the transfer from the traditional system to the online education in the school was not very satisfactory, and teachers and students are not satisfied with the virtual class in the current way, and if the current situation continues, more research should be done on the efficiency of this system.
