شناسایی چالش‌های تدریس در آموزش و پرورش ایران

هدف تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی چالش‌های تدریس در آموزش و پرورش ایران بود. روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی اکتشافی است، در این راستا، نخست با مرور ادبیات موضوع چارچوب اولیة تحقیق شناسایی شد، سپس، بومی‌سازی و تایید آن با استفاده از به‌کارگیری روش دلفی از طریق پرسشنامة نیمه‌باز انجام پذیرفت. بدین منظور با 20 نفر از خبرگان و کارشناسان آموزش و پرورش شامل 10 خبرة دانشگاهی مسلط به موضوع و 10 خبرة فعال در آموزش و پرورش مصاحبه شد، که در ادامه به اصلاح و بومی‌سازی مدل پرداخته شد، تا از این طریق ابعاد و شاخص های چالش‌های تدریس در آموزش و پرورش ایران استخراج و ماهیت مفهوم کشف شد. نتایج نشان داد، ابعاد تشکیل‌دهندة چالش های تدریس در آموزش و پرورش ایران شامل پنج بعد تامین و تخصیص منابع، برنامه‌های درسی و آموزشی، مدیریت و ساختار تشکیلات عوامل غیر قابل پیش‌بینی مانند بیماری همه گیر کرونا و معلمان و مدرسین همراه با 27 شاخص است.

the purpose of this research was to identifying the teaching challenges in iran’s education. the research method is of exploratory qualitative type, in this regard, first by reviewing the literature, the primary framework of the research was identified, then its localization and confirmation was done using the delphi method through a semi-open questionnaire. for this purpose, 20 education experts were interviewed, including 10 academic experts who are proficient in the subject and 10 active experts in education, and then the model was revised and localized, so that the dimensions and indicators the challenges of teaching in iran’s education were extracted and the nature of the concept was discovered. the results showed that the dimensions of teaching challenges in iran’s education include five dimensions of resource provision and allocation, curriculum and educational programs, management and organizational structure, unpredictable factors such as the corona epidemic and teachers and lecturers along with 27 indicators.
