شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌های جذب، نگهداشت و توانمندسازی دانشجومعلمان در نظام تربیت معلم کشور با تاکید بر سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش

حفظ کرامت معلمان و نقش آموزش و پرورش در ارتقا و پیشرفت جوامع بشری، استقرار الگوی جامع جذب، نگهداشت و توانمندسازی در نظام تربیت معلم را ضروری کرده است. هدف این مقاله طراحی الگوی جذب، نگهداشت و توانمندسازی و شناسایی عناصر و مولفه‌های آن در نظام تربیت معلم کشور است. رویکرد مورد نظر در این پژوهش کیفی و روش نظریه داده‌بنیاد بود. جامعه پژوهش ‌شامل مدیران، کارشناسان و خبرگان حوزه تربیت معلم بودند که در زمینه موضوع پژوهش تجارب ارزشمندی داشتند. انتخاب مشارکت‌کنندگان با استفاده از رویکرد هدفمند و با روش نمونه گیری گلوله‌برفی و با استفاده از معیار اشباع نظری داده‌ها انجام گرفت. داده‌ها با ابزار مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و مطالعه متون حاوی نظرات مشارکت‌کنندگان در وبگاه‌ها و رسانه‌ها جمع‌آوری شد. برای استخراج چارچوب ابعاد و مولفه‌های جذب، نگهداشت و توانمندسازی دانشجومعلمان از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و بررسی منابع و متون مرتبط استفاده شد. با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون، چارچوب اولیه شامل 122 مضمون پایه و 18 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده حول مضمون فراگیر ابعاد جذب، نگهداری و توانمندسازی دانشجومعلمان سازماندهی شد، این مضامین مرتبط و در هم تنیده و پویا بودند، به گونه‌ای که یک دانشجومعلم اگر بخواهد در چارچوب شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان طراز جمهوری اسلامی ایران بگنجد، باید این شایستگی‌ها را در کنار هم داشته باشد و آن‌ها را با هم رشد و توسعه دهد. نظام آموزشی تربیت معلم و دانشگاه فرهنگیان نیز باید شرایط و زمینه‌های مناسب با این چارچوب سازمان‌دهی‌شده را فراهم کند.

preserving the dignity of teachers and the role of education in the promotion and development of human societies, the establishment of a comprehensive model of recruitment, retention and empowerment in the teacher education system is essential. the purpose of this article is to design a model for attracting, retaining and empowering and identifying its elements and components in the teacher education system of the country. the approach in this study was a qualitative and the method used was based on the data theory of the foundation. the statistical population included managers, experts and experts in the field of teacher training who had valuable experiences in the field of research. the selection of participants has been done using a purposeful approach and snowball sampling method and using the theoretical data saturation criterion and using semi-structured interviews and studying texts containing their opinions on websites and media. semi-structured interviews and review of related sources and texts were used to extract the framework of dimensions and components of student teacher recruitment, retention and empowerment. using thematic analysis method, the initial framework, consisting of 122 basic themes and 18 organizing themes, was organized around the overarching theme of teacher student student recruitment, retention, and empowerment, which were interconnected, intertwined, and dynamic. in such a way that a student-teacher, if he wants to be included in the framework of professional qualifications of teachers of the islamic republic of iran, must have these competencies together and grow and develop them together. provide.
