شاخص های تدریس اثربخش اساتید رشتۀ تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فرهنگیان

اهمیت تدریس و نقش زیربنایی آن در دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی و تاکید بر تدریس موثر به صورتی که بتواند دستیابی به اهداف دانشگاه را فراهم کند، مسلم و بدیهی است. بنابراین، در پژوهش حاضر شاخص های تدریس اثربخش اساتید رشتة تربیت بدنی در دروس عملی شناسایی و از دیدگاه دانشجویان اولویت بندی گردید. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل کلیۀ دانشجویان رشتۀ تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فرهنگیان اصفهان و برابر با 185 نفر بود. نمونۀ آماری برابر با جامعه و به صورت کل شمار انتخاب شد. شاخص های تدریس اثربخش در ابتدا بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه ای، سپس، بر اساس نظرات اساتید خبره و با استفاده از روش دلفی شناسایی و پرسشنامۀ پژوهش بر این مبنا طراحی شد. روایی محتوا و صوری پرسشنامه براساس نظرهای اساتید و پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و تایید شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، آزمون تی تک نمونه و فریدمن استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج روش دلفی، عوامل موثر بر تدریس اثربخش در 6 مقولة کلی شامل مهارت های آموزشی، تجربه، مهارت های ارتباطی، ویژگی های شخصیتی، رعایت قوانین و اصول آموزشی و ارزشیابی قابل بررسی می باشند. اولویت بندی کلی شاخص ها در سطح معناداری 0.05> pنشان داد، از دیدگاه دانشجویان شاخص مهارت های ارتباطی استاد اولویت بالاتری نسبت به دیگر شاخص ها دارد.

Indicators of Effective Teaching of Teachers of Physical Education at Farhangian University

The importance of teaching and its underlying role in achieving educational goals and emphasizing effective teaching in a way that can provide the achievement of university goals is obvious. Therefore, in the present study, the indicators of effective teaching of physical education teachers in practical courses were identified and prioritized from the students’ point of view. The statistical population of the study included all students in the field of physical education of Farhangian University of Isfahan and was equal to 185 people. The statistical sample was equal to the population and was selected as a census. Indices of effective teaching were first identified based on library studies, then based on the opinions of expert professors and identified using the Delphi method and a research questionnaire was designed based on this. The content validity and formality of the questionnaire were evaluated based on professors’ opinions and the reliability was assessed and confirmed through Cronbach’s alpha. In order to analyze the data, Ttest and Friedman test were used. Based on the results of the Delphi method, the factors affecting effective teaching can be examined in 6 general categories including educational skills, experience, communication skills, personality traits, observance of educational rules and principles and evaluation. The general prioritization of the indicators at a significance level of P <0.05 showed that from the students’ point of view, the teacher’s communication skills has a higher priority than other indicators.
