کیفیت زندگی کاری و نقش آن در بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی معلمان ورزش

با نظر به اهمیت روزافزون نیروی انسانی در موفقیت سازمان‌ها، امروزه محققان توجه وافری به کیفیت زندگی کاری و بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی دارند، بر همین اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی کیفیت زندگی کاری و نقش آن در بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی معلمان ورزش استان زنجان بود. روش تحقیق کاربردی، از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. 130 نفر از معلمان ورزش استان براساس جدول مورگان، به‌صورت طبقه‌ای (460 نفر در 14 منطقه) در پژوهش شرکت کرده و به پرسشنامه‌های کیفیت زندگیِ کاری والتون (1973) و بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی دانایی‌فرد و همکاران (1389) با پایایی (آلفای‌کرونباخ به ترتیب، 81/0 و 79/0) و روایی قابل قبول پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و با استفاده از آزمون‌های کلموگروف اسمیرنف، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد کیفیت زندگی کاری و مولفه‌های آن بر بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی معلمان ورزش استان زنجان تاثیر دارد. بنابر این یافته‌ها پیشنهاد می‌‌شود مسئولان مربوطه با توجه بیش از پیش به این مهم بر افزایش رضایت شغلی معلمان ورزش و کاهش بی‌تفاوتی آن‌ها اقدام کنند و در مسیر اهداف ارزشمند سازمان آموزش و پرورش، و پیشرفت کشور گام بردارند.

Quality of Work Life and its Role in the Organizational Indifference of Sport Teachers

Due to the increasing importance of effective human resources in the success of organizations, today researchers have paid great attention to the quality of work life and organizational indifference. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect and role of quality of work life on organizational indifference of sport teachers in Zanjan province. The research method is applied, descriptivecorrelation with field method. Randomly stratified 130 sport teachers of the province(80 females, 50 males) answered to the questionnaires of quality of work life Walton (1973)and organizational indifference Danaifard et al. (2010) with acceptable reliability and credibility. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using KolmogorovSmirnov, Pearson correlation and regression tests. The results showed that the quality of work life and its subscales affect the organizational indifference of sport teachers in Zanjan province. Therefore, it is suggested that the relevant authorities should pay more attention to increasing the job satisfaction and indifference of the teachers and take step in the direction of the valuable goals of the Ministry of Education and the country’s development.
