آسیب‌شناسی برنامه‌ کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بر اساس مدل تحلیلی سه‌شاخگی «3c»

هدف پژوهش حاضر آسیب‌شناسی کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بر اساس مدل سه‌شاخگی و ارائه‌ مدلی مفهومی بر اساس روابط بین ابعاد سه‌گانه‌ ساختاری، رفتاری و زمینه‌ای است. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش را همه‌ مدرسان، معلمان راهنما و دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان پردیس شهید باهنر کرمان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 تشکیل دادند که تعداد 125 دانشجو بااستفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی و بر اساس جدول مورگان، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ محقق‌ساخته گردآوری شد که پس از تایید روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط صاحب‌نظران، پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 0.97 محاسبه شد. داده‌های پژوهش با آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای و آزمون فریدمن و با نرم‌افزار spss تحلیل شد. با توجه به اینکه آسیب‌های رفتاری در اولویت اول آسیب‌ها قرار دارند، به نظر می‌رسد دانشگاه باید برنامه‌ها و سیاست‌های خود را در برقراری ارتباط مناسب با آموزش و پرورش، ایجاد برنامه‌ درسی مناسب، توسعه‌ مدارس وابسته و انگیزش بیشتر معلمان و اساتید و فراهم‌سازی فرصت‌هایی برای آماده‌سازی کادر آموزش ارتقا دهد.

Pathology of Farhangian University Internship Program based on Trigonometric Analytical Model 3c

The main purpose of this study is &Farhangian University internship pathology based on the threepronged model and to present a conceptual model based on the relationships between the three dimensions of structural, behavioral and contextual.& The statistical population of the study consisted of all teachers, supervisors and student teachers of Farhangian University, Shahid Bahonar Campus, Kerman in the academic year 139798, in which 125 students were selected using stratified random sampling method based on Morgan table. Research data were collected using a researchermade questionnaire, which after confirming its face and content validity by experts, its reliability using Cronbach’s alpha 0.97 Was calculated. The research data were analyzed using onesample ttest and Friedman test and SPSS statistical analysis software. Considering that behavioral factors have shown the greatest impact on causing injuries, it seems that the university should develop its own programs and policies in establishing a proper relationship with education, creating a proper curriculum, developing affiliated schools, and motivating more teachers and professors. Provide opportunities to train training staff.
