طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های متقاضیان ورود به دانشگاه فرهنگیان در دوره آموزش ابتدایی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی شایستگی های لازم برای ورود به دانشگاه فرهنگیان در رشته‌ آموزش ابتدایی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، به لحاظ نحوه‌ گردآوری اطلاعات، از نوع آمیخته است. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش متخصصان تعلیم و تربیت، خبرگان دانشگاهی و فارغ التحصیلانی است که با دانشگاه فرهنگیان و شایستگی های لازم برای ورود به دانشگاه فرهنگیان آشنایی دارند. روش نمونه گیری در بخش کیفی غیر احتمالی و هدفمند بود. بر این اساس، 18 نفر از استادان، متخصصان و فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در پژوهش شرکت کردند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختمند بوده است. روش نمونه‌گیری در بخش کمی، نمونه‌گیری خوشه ای بوده است که بدین ترتیب، 320 نفر انتخاب شدند. نتایج پژوهش به طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های لازم برای ورود به دانشگاه فرهنگیان در رشته‌ ابتدایی در 6 حیطه‌ منجر شد که عبارت‌اند از شایستگی های دانشی (دانش پایه ای، دانش زمینه ای، دانش عمومی)، شایستگی های ارتباطی (مهارت سخنوری، مهارت شنیداری، مهارت برقراری ارتباط با کودکان، برقراری ارتباط با افراد به زبان محلی، مهارت کارگروهی)، شایستگی های ادراکی (تفکر سیستمی، تفکر منطقی، تفکر انتقادی، تفکر خلاق، توانایی استدلال، توانایی حل مسئله)، شایستگی‌های اجرایی (مهارت برنامه ریزی، مهارت مدیریت زمان، مهارت خواندن و نوشتن و مهارت هنری)، شایستگی های شخصیتی و اخلاقی (گشودگی، نگرش مثبت، خودراهبری، اعتماد به نفس، محبت و مهربانی، صبر و حوصله، نظم و انضباط، پشتکار و اراده، ایثار و فداکاری، صداقت)، و شایستگی های نگرشی (علاقه و انگیزه نسبت به شغل معلمی، اعتقاد به نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران، علاقه به علم و علم اندوزی، عشق و علاقه به کودکان) شده است.

Designing a Competency Model for Applicants of Primary Education Program at Farhangian University

The purpose of this study is to identify the competencies required for entering primary education program of Farhangian University. The research method implemented in this applied study has been mixedmethod. The statistical population includes educational experts, academic experts and graduates who are familiar with the competencies required for entering Farhagian University. Accordingly, 18 faculty members, experts and graduates of Farhangian University were selected as the sample of the study. The sampling method used in the qualitative section is nonprobable and purposeful and qualitative method of data collection is semistructured interview. The sampling method in the quantitative section is cluster sampling and 320 people were selected as the sample of the study. The results led to the design of a model regarding the competencies required for entering primary education program of Farhangian University in six categories. 1) knowledge competencies (basic, background and general), 2) communication skills (oral skills, listening skills, skills needed for communicating with children and local people and teamwork ), 3) perceptual competencies (systematic thinking, logical thinking, critical thinking, creative thinking, reasoning and problem solving), 4) executive competencies (planning skills, time management, reading and writing skills and art), 5) personality and moral competencies (openness, positive attitude, selfdirection, selfesteem, kindness, patience, discipline, perseverance, selfsacrifice, and honesty), 6) attitudinal competencies (showing interest in and motivation for the teaching as a profession, believing in Islamic Republic of Iran values, good values and beliefs, being interested in science and education, being interested in working with children).
