ارزیابی ابعاد سواد چندفرهنگی دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان

هدف مقاله‌ حاضر ارزیابی ابعاد سواد چندفرهنگی دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. رویکرد پژوهش کمی و از روش پیماشی استفاده شده است. جامعه‌ آماری شامل دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان بوده که تعداد آن‌ها در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398 برابر با 46819 نفر گزارش شد. روش نمونه گیری از نوع خوشه ای تصادفی بوده و برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شده است و تعداد کل نمونه 382 نفر لحاظ شد. گردآوری داد ه ها با پرسشنامه‌ سنجش سواد چندفرهنگی صادقی (1397) که ابعاد سواد چندفرهنگی(دانش نگرش و مهارت) را می‌سنجد، انجام شد. داده‌ها با روش های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، فراوانی، درصد، انحراف استاندارد و...) و آمار استنباطی مانند آزمون تی تک‌نمونه ای تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد سواد چندفرهنگی دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در بعد دانش در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارند و در بعد نگرش چندفرهنگی در سطح متوسط بوده، اما در بعد مهارت چندفرهنگی در سطح چندان مطلوبی نیستند. مهمترین پیشنهاد برای ارتقای سواد چندفرهنگی، دانشجومعلمان در واقع، پذیرش واحترام به فرهنگ‌های ایرانی است.

Evaluation of Multicultural Literacy Dimensions of Farhangian University Students – teachers

The purpose of this article is to evaluate the dimensions of multicultural literacy of Farhangian University students and teachers. The research approach is quantitative and the survey method is used. The statistical population included students and teachers of Farhangian University, whose number in the academic year 13991398 was equal to 46819 people. The sampling method was random cluster and Cochran’s formula was used to determine the sample size and the total number of samples was 382. Data were collected using Sadeghi Multicultural Literacy Assessment Questionnaire (2015). This questionnaire measures the dimensions of multicultural literacy (knowledgeattitude and skills). Data was classified, adjusted, summarized and analyzed, and according to the nature of the research, descriptive statistical methods (mean, frequency, percentage, standard deviation, etc.) and inferential statistics such as onesample ttest were used. The results indicate that the multicultural literacy of students and teachers of Farhangian University are at a desirable level in terms of knowledge and at a moderate level in terms of multicultural attitudes, but are not very desirable in terms of multicultural skills. The most important suggestion for promoting multicultural literacy is for studentteachers to actually accept and respect Iranian cultures.
