تحلیلی بر نقش طراحی آموزشی در توسعۀ حرفه‌ای کارورزان رشته زبان و ادبیات فارسی

هدف از این پژوهش، نقش طراحی آموزشی، بر توسعۀ حرفه ای کارورزان رشته زبان و ادبیات فارسی است. برای رسیدن به مقصود، از رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و روش مطالعه موردی، با ابزار مصاحبه‌ نیمه‌ساختاریافته و متن گزارش کارورزان استفاده شد. نمونه‌گیری به روش هدفمند بود. مشارکت کنندگان، هشت نفر از دانشجویان دختر ورودی سال های 91 و 92 مرکز آموزش عالی شهید باهنر دانشگاه فرهنگیان بودند. اطلاعات به دست آمده، پس از پیاده سازی، با روش «تحلیل محتوای مضمونی» تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد طراحی های آموزشی از نظر محتوا، در افزایش سطح کیفی محتوایی موضوعات زبانی، ادبی و نگارش، و بالابردن میزان توانایی دانش آموزان در بازشناسی مفاهیم، موثر بودند؛ همچنین، از لحاظ مهارت های حرفه ای، با کاربست بهینۀ شیوه های آموزشی، انتخاب رسانۀ متناسب، نوآوری در تکالیف و انگیزه بخشی در فرآیند آموزشی مناسب با موضوعات رشته، در طراحی ها، بر افزایش کیفیت اجراهای آموزشی دانشجویان تاثیر گذاشتند؛ اما برای کسب شایستگی در محتوای آموزشی، در زمینۀ تلفیق محتوا و مهارت های حرفه ای، به دلیل عدم تطابق طرح‌ها با اجراها، دانشجویان ضعف هایی در طراحی آموزشی دارند. در مجموع، پژوهش نشان می دهد کارورزان رشته‌ زبان و ادبیات فارسی در طراحی آموزشی باید از فرصت های بیش تری برای آمیختن محتوا و مهارت های حرفه ای بهره ببرند؛ زیرا در بخش برنامه ریزی و اجرا، نیازمند کفایت و مهارت های بالاتری برای رسیدن به شایستگی های حرفه ای هستند.

An Analysis of the Role of Educational Design in the Professional Development of Interns in Persian Language and Literatureplanning

To achieve this goal, a qualitative research method with semistructured interview tools and internship report text was used. Sampling was targeted. The participants were eight female students entering the Shahid Bahonar Higher Education Center of Farhangian University in 91 and 92 The obtained data were analyzed by thematic content analysis method after implementationThe results showed that educational designs in terms of content, were effective in increasing the quality of content of linguistic, literary and writing subjects, and increasing the ability of students to recognize concepts; Also, in terms of professional skills, by optimally using educational methods, choosing the appropriate media, innovating assignments and motivating in the educational process appropriate to the subjects of the field, in the designs, they increased the quality of students’ educational performances; But in order to gain competence in educational content, in terms of combining content and professional skills, students have weaknesses in educational design due to the inconsistency of designs with performances.. Students have weaknesses in achieving professional competence in combining professional content and skills. Overall, research shows that interns in Persian language and literature in educational design should take advantage of more opportunities to blend professional content and skills; Because in terms of planning and implementation, they need higher competencies and skills to achieve professional competencies.
