شناسایی و رتبه بندی چالش های رشتۀ آموزش جغرافیا در دانشگاه فرهنگیان (پس از اولین دوره فارغ التحصیلی)

رشد و توسعه‌ هر جامعه و بخش های آن مرهون برنامه ریزی، بررسی مسائل و چالش های موجود و ارائه‌ راهکار برای رفع نیازهای جدیدی است که در اثر تغییرات اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فناوری ایجاد می‌شود. در این میان، نظام‌های آموزشی به ویژه آموزش عالی، نیز برای حفظ بقا و دستیابی سریع و آسان به اهداف خود، نیازمند بررسی وضعیت موجود و شناسایی چالش های احتمالی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و رتبه بندی مهم‌ترین چالش های رشتۀ آموزش جغرافیا در دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی است و با روش پیمایشی انجام گرفته است. جامعه‌ پژوهش متشکل از اعضای هیئت عملی/ مدرسان و دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در استان‌های تهران و البرز بود که در دو مرحله به صورت قضاوتی و کل‌شمار بررسی شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه و پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته بود. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه با روش روایی صوری و با محاسبه‌ آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. نتایج پژوهش چالش‌های رشتۀ آموزش جغرافیا را در چهار بُعد آموزشی، پژوهشی، فرهنگی و فوق برنامه، و بُعد ساختاری اداری نشان داد و رتبه بندی چالش ها از نظر اعضای هیئت علمی/ مدرسان و دانشجومعلمان نشان داد به ترتیب، چالش‌های ساختاری اداری، آموزشی، پژوهشی، و فرهنگی و فوق برنامه، مهم‌ترین چالش های این رشته از نظر دانشجومعلمان بود و از نظر اعضای هیئت عملی/ مدرسان چالش‌های ابعاد ساختاری اداری، پژوهشی، آموزشی، و فرهنگی و فوق برنامه به ترتیب، مهمترین چالش‌های رشته‌ آموزش جغرافیا بودند.

Identifying and Ranking the Challenges of Geography Education at Farhangian University (After First Course Graduation)

The growth and development of every society and its parts is owed to planning, examining existing problems and challenges, and providing solutions to meet the new needs that created by economic, social, and technological changes.  Meanwhile, educational systems, especially higher education, in order to maintain survival and achieve their goals quickly and easily, need to review the current situation and identify potential challenges. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the most important challenges in the field of geography education at Farhangian University. The research is applied in terms of purpose and has been done by survey method. The research population consisted of faculty members / teachers and students of Farhangian University in Tehran and Alborz provinces, which were examined in two stages: judgment and as a whole. The research tool was a researchermade interview and a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed by formal validity method and Cronbach’s alpha calculation. The research results showed the challenges in the field of geography education in four dimensions: educational, research, cultural and extracurricular, and structuraladministrative dimension and the ranking of challenges from the point of view of faculty members / teachers and students showed that structuraladministrative, educational, research, and cultural and extracurricular challenges were the most important challenges in the point of view of students, and from the point of view of faculty members/ teachers, the challenges of structuraladministrative, research, educational, and cultural dimensions and extracurricular activities were the most important challenges in geography education, respectively.
