واکاوی تجربه های زیسته کارورزی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان: الگوی مفهومی

این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی تجارب زیست شده برنامۀ درسی کارورزی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان پرداخته است تا در سایۀ چنین تلاشی به تدوین الگویی مفهومی دست یابد. این پژوهش رویکردی کیفی و پدیدارشناسانه دارد. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته ای بود که داده های آن بر اساس تحلیل محتوا و الگوی کلایزری در میان 24 نفر دانشجو ـ معلمان، 15 نفر استاد راهنما و 18 نفر معلم راهنما از گروه های مختلف آموزشی استخراج شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که مسائل برنامۀ درسی کارورزی در شبکه ای از مقولات قرار می گیرند، در بخش اساتید راهنمای کارورزی درمجموع 4 مقولۀ شناختی، نگرشی، سازمانی و تعاملاتی، در بخش معلمان راهنما 3 مقولۀ سازمانی، نگرشی و تعاملاتی، در بخش کارورزان 5 مقولۀ شناختی، عاطفی، نگرشی، رفتاری، تعاملاتی و مقولۀ سایر مسائل تدوین گردیده است. در انتها نکاتی جهت بهبود کیفیت برنامۀ درسی کارورزی پیشنهاد شده است.

The Analysis Experiences Curriculum Internship: The Conceptual Model

This aim of the current research was presenting a conceptual model based on living experiences of internship curriculum. The research approach was qualitative and phenomenological. The instrument for data collection was a semistructured interview and research data was gathered from 24 studentteachers, 15 Supervisor and 18 teachereducator from different departments. The content of the living experiences of those groups was analyzed according to Colaizzeri pattern. The research results showed the categories of curriculum internship experiences. Among Supervisor, 4 categories of knowledge, attitudes, organization and interaction, among teachereducators, 3 categories including attitude , organization and interaction, and lastly among studentsteachers 5 categories of cognitive, emotional, attitude, behavioral, interactions was developed. At the end of the research five points was proposed for improvement of the quality of internship curriculum.
