نقش الگوی آموزش‌های کارآفرینی گدارکسب وکار (kab) بر مهارت‌های کارآفرینی کارآموزان مراکزآموزش فنی وحرفه ای(مطالعه موردی: استان اصفهان)

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش آموزش های کارآفرینی گدار کسب و کار (kab) بر مهارت های کارآفرینی کارآموزان مراکز فنی و حرفه ای می باشد. این پژوهش کاربردی بوده و روش آن از نوع توصیفی همبستگی می باشد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل کارآموزان مراکز فنی و حرفه ای ثابت دولتی و شعب شهری استان اصفهان است که حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و دیگران، 285 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شده اند؛ ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسش نامۀ استاندارد مهارت های کارآفرینی و پرسش نامۀ محقق ساخته آموزش های kab با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 92/0 برای هر دو پرسش نامه می باشد. نتایج پژوهش با استفاده از آزمونt مستقل و تحلیل واریانس و معادلات ساختاری لیزرل نشان می دهد که رابطۀ معنی داری بین آموزش های کارآفرینی گدار کسب و کار (kab) و ابعاد مهارت های کارآفرینی (مهارت های شخصی، مدیریتی و فنی) وجود دارد. همچنین بین آموزش های کارآفرینی، الگوی گدار کسب و کار (kab) بر حسب ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی (جنسیت، نوع فعالیت، مدرک و رشتۀ تحصیلی) تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشده است.

Design and Validation of a Conceptual Model for Narrowing the Gap between Intended, Implemented, and Attained Curricula in the Public Education System in Iran

Abstract: The main goal of the present study was to investigate the role of entrepreneurship education model (KAB) to promote trainees entrepreneurial skills in vocational and trainees centers. This study is practical and its methodology is descriptive and is based on the structural modeling of the equations. The population of this study includes the trainees in staterun professional and technical centers and their branches in Isfahan. Based on the Kerjcie table and et al, 285 person are selected by means of clustering according to the appropriate volume; instruments for the compilation of information, the questionnaire for entrepreneurship skills and the researchers rsquo; questionnaire which is provided by KAB teachings are proved reliable with 0/92 Cronbach Alpha. According to the structural modeling of the equations, Ttest and the analysis of the variance the result shows a significant relationship between business entrepreneurship teachings and entrepreneurship rsquo;s different dimensions (personal, management and technical skills). Also, there was no significant difference in business entrepreneurship teachings according to demographic features (Gender, activity, degree and field of study).
