تعیین مولفه‌های اشتغال پذیری دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاهی با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین مولفه‌های اشتغال پذیری دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاهی از دید صاحب‌نظران آموزش عالی، کارفرمایان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه اشتغال و دانش‌آموختگان مشغول به کار بود. طرح این پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی و ابزار مورداستفاده در بخش کیفی مصاحبه‌های عمیق و مقایسه مداوم یافته‌ها با متون ادبیات پژوهش بود. جامعه آماری بخش اول- کیفی، شامل اساتید و صاحب‌نظران آموزش عالی، صاحب‌نظران حوزه اشتغال و کار و دانش‌آموختگان مشغول به کار و روش نمونه‌گیری در این بخش هدفمند و نظری بود که با روش تحلیل مضمون تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. بخش کمی شامل اساتید و هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های شهید بهشتی و دانشگاه تهران بودند که با روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های کمی در این تحقیق از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی، آزمون تی استودنت، تحلیل واریانس عاملی، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی مصاحبه‌ها و پرسشنامه، ابزارهای مزبور بر اساس نظرات متخصصین برنامه درسی و صاحب‌نظران آموزش عالی بررسی و پس از تائید مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. اعتباریابی مصاحبه با استفاده از معیارهای چهارگانه گابا و لینکلن (1994 ) و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آزمون کرونباخ 92/. تائید گردید. در این پژوهش 66 مولفه‌ی اشتغال پذیری شناسایی شد که با مقایسه یافته‌ها با ادبیات پژوهش به 16 مقوله کاهش پیدا کرد و درنهایت در قالب سه مقوله اصلی دانش و مهارت اکادمیک، دانش و مهارت‌های مرتبط با محیط کار، نگرش و ویژگی‌های فردی دسته‌بندی شدند. مولفه کارگروهی و کار تیمی در راس مولفه‌های اشتغال پذیری شناخته شد.

employability skills of academic graduates: an exploratory mixed approach

the purpose of this study was to determine the employability of university graduates from the viewpoint of experts in higher education, employers and experts in the field of employment and graduate students. the design of this research was a sequential exploratory blended method and the tool used in the qualitative section was in-depth interviews and the constant comparison of the findings with the literature. the statistical population of the first part - qualitative, included professors and experts of higher education, experts in the field of employment and work, graduates and sampling method in this section was purposeful and theoretical, analyzed by content analysis technique. the population of the quantitative phase included professors and faculty members of shahid beheshti university and tehran university who were selected by stratified random sampling. in order to analyze quantitative data, descriptive and inferential statistics, t-student test, factor analysis of variance, and confirmatory factor analysis were used. the content validity of the interviews and the questionnaire, were reviewed based on the views of the curriculum experts and the experts of higher education and were used after confirmation. the validity of the interviews was based on four criteria of guba and lincoln (1994) and the reliability of the questionnaire using cronbach’s test confirmed. in this research, 66 components of employability were identified and reduced to 16 skills by comparing the findings with the literature and finally classified in to three categories of academic knowledge and skills, knowledge and skills related to the work environment, attitudes and individual characteristics. teamwork was determined as the most significant component of employability.
