واکاوی محدودیت های مشارکت والدین در مدارس متوسطه: مطالعه ای با رویکرد پدیدارشناسانه

تقویت فرهنگ مشارکت والدین در فرایندهای مدیریتی و تربیتی مدارس، از نشانه‌های نظام آموزشی کارآمد به‌شمار می‌رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی محدودیت‌های مشارکت والدین در مدارس متوسطه انجام گرفته است. داده‌ها با استفاده از فن مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند با 18 نفر از والدین، مدیران ، معلمان  و دانش‌آموزان در سطح 3 مدرسه از منطقه 6 تهران گردآوری شده و بر اساس راهبرد کُلایزی تحلیل و مقوله بندی شده است. راهبرد های اعتباربخشی به داده ها با استفاده از روش های ممیزی بیرونی ، چند سویه سازی، بازبینی اعضاء  و درگیری طولانی مدت  پژوهشگر در جریان مصاحبه انجام شده است. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، محدودیت های مشارکت والدین/‌ مدرسه را می توان در 3 مقوله کلی شامل عوامل مرتبط با مدرسه، عوامل مرتبط با والدین و عوامل مرتبط با نوجوانان معرفی نمود.

the analysis of parent involvement restrictions in secondary school: a phenomenology study

strengthening parents’ involvement culture in schools directorial and educational process is considered as a sign of efficient educational system. this study examines the restrictions of parent involvement in secondary schools. the research approach was qualitative and phenomenological and the research data were collected through semi-structured interviews from 18 parents, teachers, principal and students in three schools in tehran 6th district. the collected data were analyzed and classified by colaizzi’s method. in order to ensure the truthworth of the study, the member checking, external audit, triangulation and prolonged engagement methods were employed. according to the results, restrictions of parental involvement in 3 emergent themes include: school related factors, parent related factors and adolescent related factor.
