شناسایی مولفه‌های اشتغال‌پذیری دانش‌آموختگان رشته مهندسی عمران: روایت قابلیت‌های مبنایی از دیدگاه کارفرمایان

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی مولفه‌های ضروری اشتغال‌پذیری دانش‌آموختگان رشته مهندسی عمران بوده است که از نظر هدف، از نوع کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع میدانی است و با توجه به هدف پژوهش از روش کیفی پدیدارشناسی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل مهندسان حرفه‌ای عمران تحت عنوان کارفرمایان حوزه مهندسی عمران بوده و از رویکرد نمونه گیری هدفمند با روش گلوله برفی برای جمع آوری نمونه به تعداد 20 نفر استفاده شده است. شیوه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بوده و به منظور تحلیل یافته‌ها از مقوله‌بندی استفاده شده است. روش اعتباریابی داده‌های مصاحبه‌ها، از نوع روایی درونی بوده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد از نظر کارفرمایان حوزه مهندسی عمران مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های اشتغال‌پذیری رشته مهندسی عمران شامل6 مولفه بود که عبارتند از دانش تئوری و تخصصی، دانش بین رشته‌ای، دانش عملی و فنی، مهارت‌های کار جمعی، مهارت های شغلی و بینش مهندسی به عنوانمهم ترین مقوله های اشتغال پذیری رشته مهندسی عمراناستخراج گردید

identifying the employability components of civil engineering graduates: narrative of basic capabilities from the employers' point of view

the purpose of this study was to identify the essential components of employability of civil engineering graduates, which is applied in terms of purpose and field type in terms of data collection, and according to purpose of the research, a qualitative phenomenological method has been used. the statistical population includes professional civil engineers under the title of employers in field of civil engineering and the method of targeted sampling by snowball method has been used to collect samples of 20 people. the interview data collection method was semi-structured and categorization was used to analyze the findings. the method of validating the interview data was of internal validity type. the results showed that according to civil engineering employers, the most important components of employability in the field of civil engineering included 6 components, which are theoretical and specialized knowledge, interdisciplinary knowledge, practical and technical knowledge, , job skills and engineering insight.
