فراتحلیل آثار معلمان پژوهنده استان زنجان از سال 1389 تا 1396 (با موضوع آموزش و یادگیری)

مقاله حاضر با هدف فراتحلیل آثار معلمان پژوهنده استان زنجان با موضوع «آموزش و یادگیری» انجام گرفت. در این مقاله از روش فراتحلیل ترکیبی و مراحل شش گانۀ کریپندورف استفاده شد. از جامعه‌ی هدف آن که شامل 129 اثر برگزیده استان(1396-1389) بود، تعداد 51 اثر در موضوع «آموزش و یادگیری» به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه تعیین و داده ها با کمک سه تحلیل گر و با استفاده از سه چک لیست(سیمای شکلی، ساختاری و محتوایی) استخراج گردید. یافته های پژوهش از لحاظ شکلی بیانگر توجه بیشتر معلمان پژوهنده(زن، دوره ابتدایی، دارای سابقه شغلی متوسط، مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی و رشته های علوم پایه) به حوزه آموزش و یادگیری، در سیمای ساختاری(روش شناختی)بیانگر استفاده بیشتر معلمان پژوهنده از رویکرد انتقادی در مساله یابی، از روش ترکیبی در گردآوری و تحلیل داده ها، از پیشینه نظری در پیشنهاد راه حل ها و همچنین؛ در سیمای محتوایی(مفهوم شناختی) بیانگر مرتبط بودن اغلب مسائل آموزش و یادگیری،  با ساختار و روش آموزش است.

meta-analysis of the works of research teachers in zanjan province from 2010 to 2017(with the subject of teaching and learning)

the present article has been done with the aim of meta-analysis of the works of research teachers in zanjan province and has used the combined meta-analysis method and six steps of krippendorf. from the statistical population of 129 selected works of the province, 51 works have been selected as the study sample. data were extracted with the help of three analysts using three checklists. research findings in terms of form show more attention of research teachers (female, elementary school, intermediate work history,…) in the field of educaotin and learning, in the methodological view indicate more use of critical approach by research teachers in problem solving, from the combined method in data collection and analysis, from the theoretical background in proposing solutions and also; in terms of cognitive concept, it indicates that most of the issues of teaching and learning are related to the structure and method of education.
