تحلیل تطبیقی ساختار بیانیه ی فلسفه ی تدریس دانشگاه فرهنگیان با دانشگاههای منتخب

پژوهش حاضر با بررسی تحلیلی عناصر موجود در کارنمای معلمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان آن را با دو دانشکده علوم تربیتی دانشگاه های منتخب مورد مطالعه تطبیقی قرار داده است. هدف تحلیل ساختار مفهومی کارنمای معلمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان و مقایسه ی آن با دانشگاه های منتخب جهت بررسی نقاط قوت و ضعف می باشد. این پژوهش بر اساس روش جرج ال بردی مورد توصیف، تفسیر، همجواری و مقایسه قرار گرفت و تفاوت ها و تشابهات این بیانیه ها مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتیجه این که ساختار بنیادی و کلی کارنمای معلمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان از جمله اهداف آموزشی ، تدریس و ارزشیابی و همچنین ارزیابی مداوم بیانیه ی فلسفه ی تدریس جهت یادگیری مستمر و مداوم، تفاوت های اساسی را نشان می دهند پیشنهاد این مقاله بازنگری ساختار این کارنما در هدف، آموزش، کاربرد و تدوین راهنمای جامع برای دانشجویان برای اجرای بهتر و دقیق تر کارنمای معلمی می باشد.

Comparative analysis of the structure of Farhangian University's teaching philosophy statement with selected universities

The present study, with an analytical study of the elements in the teaching staff of Farhangian University, has compared it with the two faculties of educational sciences of selected universities.The purpose of analyzing the conceptual structure of Farhangian University teacherchr( #39;39 #39;)s portfolio and comparing it with selected universities is to examine the strengths and weaknesses.This research was described, interpreted, adjacent and compared based on George L. Bradychr( #39;39 #39;)s method and the differences and similarities of these statements were examined and analyzed.Conclusion: The basic and general structure of Farhangian University teacherchr( #39;39 #39;)s portfolio, including educational goals, teaching and evaluation, as well as continuous evaluation of the teaching philosophy statement for continuous and continuous learning, show fundamental differences. , Teaching, applying and compiling a comprehensive guide for students to better and more accurately implement the teacherchr( #39;39 #39;)s work.
