اقدامات جاری در تربیت اخلاقی دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان(ارائه یک الگو با رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد)

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضع موجود برنامه درسی تربیت‌ اخلاقی دانشجو ‌معلمان است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با روش داده بنیاد انجام گرفت. جامعه ی آماری شامل کلیه کارگزاران دخیل در برنامه درسی تربیت اخلاقی دانشجو معلمان هستند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع ملاک ‌محور انتخاب شدند. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه ی نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته با ده نفر از دانشجو معلمان، سه نفر از دانش آموختگان این دانشگاه، هشت نفر از اساتید دروس تربیت اخلاقی دانشگاه، چهار نفر از معلمان راهنما و سه نفر از معاونین و مسئولان امور فرهنگی دانشگاه فرهنگیان شهر بیرجند جمع‌آوری شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی استفاده شد. برای تامین روایی و پایایی از معیارهای لینکن و کوبا استفاده شد.

Current Initiatives in Educating Morally Prospective Teachers of Farhangian University (Providing a Model with a grounded theory approach)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of the curriculum for prospective teachers rsquo; ‌moral education. This research was conducted implementing a qualitative approach and using grounded theory. The statistical population includes all the agents involved in designing the curriculum of moral education of prospective teachers who were selected through criterion based purposive sampling. Data were obtained through semistructured interviews with ten wouldbe teachers, three graduate students of the university, eight professors of moral education courses, four supervisors and three deputies and cultural affairs officials of Farhangian University. The city of Birjand was collected. In order to analyze the data, open, axial and selective coding methods were used. Lincoln and Cuban criteria were used to ensure validity and reliability
