مرور نظام‌مند عوامل موثر بر تربیت و تعالی کارکنان پلیس به روش فراترکیب

زمینه و هدف: سازمان پلیس برای ایفای نقش جامعه‌مداری خود، نیاز به پرورش کارکنانی فعال، پویا و چابک دارد؛ تربیت و تعالی صحیح می‌تواند به این نیاز جامعه، پاسخ دهد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تربیت و تعالی پلیس بر اساس پژوهش‌های علمی انجام شده تاکنون است.روش: از نظر هدف از نوع مطالعات کاربردی و به لحاظ روش در زمره پژوهش‌های کیفی است که به روش مرور نظام‌مند با تکنیک فراترکیب انجام شد. مقالات پژوهشی مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش از پایگاه‌های اطلاعات علمی گوگل اسکالر، جهاد دانشگاهی، نشریات فراجا و سایر منابع داخلی و خارجی جمع‌آوری شد. مقالات خارجی بین بازه زمان 2017 تا 2022 و داخلی در بازه زمانی 1394 تا 1401 تحلیل و از الگوی هفت‌مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو پیروی شد. باتوجه‌به معیارهای موردنظر تعداد 225 مقاله بعد از پالایش اولیه استخراج و از بین این مقالات با بررسی عناوین مرتبط با کلیدواژه‌های پژوهش شامل تربیت و تعالی در متن چکیده‌ها و عنوان که عوامل موثر بر تربیت و تعالی را پوشش می‌دادند، شناسایی و در نهایت تعداد 40 مقاله (15 مقاله انگلیسی و 25 مقاله فارسی) برای تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شدند.یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها، 10 بعد و 59 مولفه به‌عنوان عوامل موثر بر تربیت و تعالی از پژوهش‌های مختلف داخلی و خارجی احصا شدند و بر اساس این پژوهش مدل عوامل موثر بر تربیت و تعالی استخراج و اعتبارسنجی شد.نتیجه‌گیری: مقاله حاضر با درک ضرورت پژوهش فراترکیب در حوزه تعلیم‌وتربیت، عوامل موثر بر تربیت و تعالی کارکنان پلیس شامل شایستگی‌های مربی، سازماندهی و ارائه آموزش، پاسخگویی و رضایت، حرفه گرایی و مشروعیت، بصیرت یابی، برنامه درسی، فرهنگ‌پذیری، پیشرفت و تعالی، منابع انسانی و مدیریت و رهبری به دست آمدند که می‌تواند به‌عنوان مبنایی در سیاست‌گذاری‌های تربیت و تعالی کارکنان پلیس قرار گیرد.

systematic review of factors affecting the training and excellence of police officers in a meta-composite method

context and purpose: the police organization needs to cultivate active, dynamic and agile employees to fulfill its community-oriented role; correct training and excellence can respond to this need of the society. the purpose of this research is to identify the effective factors on the training and excellence of the police based on the scientific researches carried out so far.method: in terms of purpose, it is an applied study, and in terms of method, it is a qualitative research that was conducted using a systematic review method with meta-composite technique. research articles related to the research topic were collected from the scientific databases of google scholar, academic jihad, faraja publications and other domestic and foreign sources. foreign articles between 2017 and 2022 and domestic articles between 1394 and 1401 were analyzed and followed the seven-step model of sandelowski and barroso. according to the desired criteria, 225 articles were extracted after the initial refinement, and among these articles, by examining the titles related to the keywords of the research, including education and excellence in the text of the abstracts and titles that covered the factors affecting education and excellence, 40 articles were identified. (15 english articles and 25 persian articles) were selected for the final analysis.findings: based on the findings, 10 dimensions and 59 components were counted as effective factors on education and excellence from various domestic and foreign researches, and based on this research, the model of effective factors on education and excellence was extracted and validated.conclusion: the present article is based on the understanding of the necessity of meta-combination research in the field of education and training, factors affecting the training and excellence of police officers, including trainer competencies, organization and delivery of training, accountability and satisfaction, professionalism and legitimacy, insight, curriculum, acculturation, progress and excellence. , human resources and management and leadership were obtained, which can be placed as a basis in the policies of training and excellence of police employees.
