ارائه الگوی مناسب نظام آموزشی – پژوهشی دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی با رویکرد ابتنایی

زمینه و هدف: گسترش نظام آموزش عالی در ابعاد مختلف نیازمند رشد کیفی و تدوین الگوهای جامع و بومی است که بتواند با دارا بودن طرح همه‌جانبه برای تربیت انسان‌ تلاش کند که دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی نیز از این قائده مستثنا نیست. لذا این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگوی مناسب آموزشی و پژوهشی برای دانشگاه عالی دفاع با رویکرد ابتنائی انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل تماتیک انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش اعضای هیئت ‌علمی رشته علوم تربیتی دانشگاه‌های تهران با تعداد 124 نفر می‌باشد که براساس قاعده رسیدن به حد اشباع 17 نفر متخصص به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند که برای گردآوری داده‌ها نیز از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های تفسیر مفهومی و روش کدگذاری مفاهیم و مقوله‌ها استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: الگوی ارائه شده، الگویی است جامع، بومی و دین‌محور و ویژگی‌های عناصر اصلی آن یعنی اهداف محتوا، دانشجوی معرفت‌مدار ولایت مدار، اساتید، راهبردهای یاددهی یادگیری، راهبردهای ارزشیابی، خروجی و برون دادها و کیفیت فرایندهای پژوهشی تدوین شد. نتیجه‌گیری: الگوی حاضر درکنار ویژگی‌های علمی و معرفتی دانش‌آموختگان به پیشگامی دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی در تولید علم، بر سرآمد بودن نیز تاکید نموده که از انتظارات اصلی مقام معظم رهبری از دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی است. لذا انتظار می‌رود این موسسه از نظر رعایت استانداردهای الگوی به دست آمده و انجام با کیفیت فعالیت‌های خود پیشگام سایر موسسات باشد.

presenting a suitable model of the educational-research system of the higher national defense university with an adaptive approach

background and purpose: the expansion of the higher education system in different dimensions requires qualitative growth and the development of comprehensive and native models that can strive for human education by having an all-round plan, and the national defense university is no exception to this rule. therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of providing a suitable educational and research model for the higher defense university with an experimental approach.method: the present research was conducted with a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method in terms of practical purpose. the statistical population of the research is 124 faculty members of educational sciences of tehran universities, based on the rule of reaching the saturation limit, 17 experts were selected in a purposeful way, and semi-structured interviews were also used to collect data. to analyze the data, the methods of conceptual interpretation and coding of concepts and categories were used.findings: the presented model is a comprehensive, indigenous and religion-oriented model, and the characteristics of its main elements, i.e., content goals, knowledge-oriented students, professors, learning teaching strategies, evaluation strategies, outputs, and the quality of research processes were compiled. .conclusion: in addition to the scientific and epistemological characteristics of the graduates, the present model emphasizes the pioneering of the higher national defense university in the production of science and excellence, which is one of the main expectations of the supreme leader from the higher national defense university. therefore, this institution is expected to be a pioneer of other institutions in terms of meeting the standards of the obtained model and performing its activities with quality.
