واکاوی راهبردهای کاهش رفتار‌های وندالیسی در فضای شهری

زمینه و هدف: رفتارهای وندالیستی به عنوان یکی از مسائل اجتماعی فراگیر نگرانی های عمده ای را در خصوص وارد کردن صدمات به اموال عمومی، مخدوش کردن فضای شهری، ایجاد حس رخوت و تشدید حس ناامنی بر می انگیزند. در نوشتار پیش رو تلاش شد به واکاوی راهبردهای کاهش رفتار های وندالیستی در فضای شهری از منظر صاحب نظران در حوزه های مدیریت شهری، برنامه ریزی اجتماعی، سلامت روان و تعلیم و تربیت پرداخته شود.روش: روش تحقیق کیفی (موردی موضوع وندالیسم) و از نوع تحلیل مضمون بر اساس مدل (براون و کلارک-2006) است. جامعه آماری را مطّلعین کلیدی این سه حوزه در سراسر کشور تشکیل دادند. روش نمونه گیری به شیوه هدفمند و تعداد نمونه مورد نظر 19 نفر از مطلعین کلیدی بودند. داده ها به واسطه مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته تا مرحله اشباع نظری گردآوری شدند و به واسطه نرم افزار مکس کیو دی آ نسخه 18 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: تحلیل یافته ها نشان داد راهبرد های موثر در کاهش رفتار های وندالیستی در فضای شهری در قالب 5 مقوله کلی قابل بحث اند. این مقولات عبارت اند از عوامل قانونی، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل روان‌شناختی، عوامل بازدارنده محیطی و سیاست های بخشی هماهنگ. همچنین صاحبنظران از راهبرد های غایب در سیاست های موجودِ کنترل و پیشگیری از رفتار های وندالیستی نام بردند که در بخش یافته ها به آن ها اشاره شد. نتیجه گیری: با اتکا به یافته های پزوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت با کاربست شبکه‌ای از اقدامات مشترک حوزه های اثرگذار قانونی، اجتماعی، روان‌شناختی، بازدارنده و سیاستی می توان راهبردهای موثری جهت کاهش رفتارهای وندالیستی طراحی و به مرحله اجرای کارآمد درآورد.

analyzing strategies to reduce vandalistic behaviors in urban space

background and purpose: vandalistic behaviors as one of the pervasive social issues raise major concerns about causing damage to public property, distorting the urban environment, creating a sense of decay and intensifying the sense of insecurity. in the following article, an attempt was made to analyze the strategies of reducing vandalistic behaviors in the urban space from the perspective of experts in the fields of urban management, social planning, mental health, and education.method: the research was done in 1400. the research method was qualitative (a case of vandalism) and thematic analysis based on the model (brown and clark-2006). the statistical population was formed by the key informants of these three areas across the country. the sampling method was targeted and the sample number was 19 key informants. the data were collected through semi-structured interviews up to the stage of theoretical saturation and were analyzed using maxqda version18 software. findings: the analysis of the findings showed that effective strategies in reducing vandalistic behaviors in the urban space can be discussed in the form of 5 general categories. these categories include legal factors, social factors, psychological factors, environmental inhibiting factors and coordinated sectoral policies. also, the experts mentioned missing strategies in the existing policies to control and prevent vandalistic behaviors, which were mentioned in the findings section. conclusion: based on the findings of his research, it can be concluded that by using a network of common measures of legal, social, psychological, deterrence and political spheres, effective strategies to reduce vandalistic behaviors can be designed and put into efficient implementation.
