ارائه الگوی آموزش آنلاین در شرایط بحرانی برای نظام آموزش عالی

زمینه و هدف: بحران کرونا در ایران و جهان سبب شد تا تغییرات بسیار عمده‌ای در همه ارکان برنامه‌های عادی و جاری بشر و تجربه جدیدی در همه بخش‌ها به‌خصوص عرصه آموزش از طریق فضای مجازی باب شود و این فضا به محلی برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای ارتباطی، عرضه تولیدات و آموزش تبدیل شود. این پژوهش با هدف ارائه مدل آموزش آنلاین در شرایط بحرانی برای نظام آموزش عالی در نظر گرفته شده است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ ماهیت کاربردی و از حیث شیوه اجرا کیفی می‎باشد. جامعه آماری 10 نفر از خبرگان شامل کارشناسان، پژوهشگران، متخصصین دانشگاهی و آشنا با آموزش‌های مجازی همچنین به منظور تناسب اعتبار مدل می‎باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و از نوع در دسترس می‌باشد. معیارهای انتخاب افراد داشتن مدرک تحصیلی دکترا، با سایقه مدیریتی، داشتن زمان، علاقه و توانایی انجام مصاحبه بود. در این پژوهش از روش نظام‌مند گریزر برای کدگذاری مصاحبه‌ها استفاده شد و کدگذاری‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار maxqda انجام پذیرفت و به منظور سنجش پایایی و کنترل کیفیت مطالعه حاضر از شاخص کاپای کوهن استفاده‌شد.یافته‎ها: عوامل شناسایی شده در قالب 37 شاخص و 10 مولفه و 4 بعد استخراج شد که ابعاد ارائه مدل آموزش آنلاین در شرایط بحرانی برای نظام آموزش عالی شامل بعد آموزشی، بعد زیباشناختی، بعد محتوایی، بعد مشارکت‌ برون‌سازمانی می‎باشد.نتیجه گیری: از نظر خبرگان شاخص‌هایی که بر آموزش آنلاین در شرایط بحرانی برای نظام آموزش عالی، در این پژوهش عنوان شد، بسیار تاثیرگذار است. این شاخص‎ها برگزاری همایش های آنلاین، دوره های آموزش مجازی موازی، برگزاری کنفرانس‎های آنلاین متعدد، هماهنگ سازی ساعات آموزش با نیاز دانشجو، همکاری با گروه‎های آموزشی دیگر، حضور  مستمر در جلسات متنوع آنلاین، ارتباط دانشجویان با یکدیگر، جلسات آموزشی آفلاین، رابط کاربری آسان نرم افزاری از عوامل موثر بر آموزش آنلاین و ... می‎باشند.

Providing a model of online education in critical conditions for the higher education system

Background and purpose: The Corona crisis in Iran and the world caused very major changes in all the elements of normal and current human programs and a new experience in all sectors, especially in the field of education through virtual space, and this space has become a place to respond to communication needs. The supply of products and training will become. This research aims to provide an online education model in critical conditions for the higher education system.Method: The present research is applied in terms of nature and qualitative in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of 10 experts includes experts, researchers, academic experts and familiar with virtual trainings, also in order to fit the validity of the model. The sampling method in this section is targeted and accessible. The criteria for selecting people were having a doctoral degree, with a management background, having time, interest and the ability to conduct an interview. In this research, the systematic method of Grazer was used to code the interviews, and the coding was done by MAXQDA software, and in order to measure the reliability and control the quality of the present study, Cohen’s kappa index was used.Findings: Identified factors were extracted in the form of 37 indicators, 10 components and 4 dimensions, the dimensions of providing an online education model in critical conditions for the higher education system include the educational dimension, aesthetic dimension, content dimension, and extra-organizational participation dimension.Conclusion: According to the experts, the indicators mentioned in this study are very effective on online education in critical conditions for the higher education system. These indicators include holding online conferences, parallel virtual training courses, holding multiple online conferences, coordinating training hours with student needs, cooperating with other educational groups, continuously attending various online meetings, communicating with students, Offline training sessions, easy user interface of the software are among the effective factors for online training, etc.
